So guys I bought a few movies lately, The Dark Knight Rises, The Expendables 2, Black Hawk Down, The Godfather, Goodfellas & Scarface.

 

I've got cash for one more, I'm thinking of getting The Godfather 2, should I get The Godfather 2 or some other?

amazing film imo, like lzw said a lot of action, not as much shooting as those OTT action films though

and it has quite a good story, but it is the first of a series of films so you may have to get the others in th series at a later date to get more of the story

I've seen all the Bourne movies apart from the latest .. I think the name is The Bourne Legacy? .. how is it?

 

And any good movie like Black Hawk Down?

To be frank, nobody knows for sure. That is why we have beliefs regarding such matters as shoumic pointed out. You know this yourself because you stated the word opinion at the end of each belief you listed. By the way, evolution (Darwin's theory) does not tell us that we came from monkeys, but rather that we share a mutual ancestor with the other apes.

Say I'm playing Just Cause 2, I can hear vehicle engines sort of, but when I fire guns it's very drowned out, the only way to hear guns and voices properly is by having the TV absurdly loud.

 

 

Anybody know what this is and how I can fix it or is it just the TV and it cannot be changed?

Is it a flatscreen? LCD? Samsung? We got like 3 Samsung flatscreen TVs and I'll tell you, when I play games it is very low. And I think flatscreens don't have a proper sound system because, they're flatscreens. You can't fit everything. They will just rely on an external sound system - just a theory. But somehow, when we watch TV it's audible.

 

Maybe it's just the game.

 

Or try to play with the sound presets. I put mine on Amplify and it sometimes make the gun sounds sh*tty but the voice can be clearly heard. Then, I change it into Movie, everything is fine but some games has really low volumes(like my GTA IV, I don't know but somehow it has very low volume).

 

So just play with the settings. If it cannot be fixed, sorry, I ain't an expert in these things.

This has happened to me before but with faulty headphones. I'd take a guess and say there is some faulty wiring in the speakers. Can you connect head/earphones to the TV? Have a listen and see if it is balanced. Also check the options and meddle about with the audio settings on both your system and the TV to try and balance it.

A theory must have evidence to back it up and if dis-proven, must be altered to adhere to the new discoveries; therefore the original theory is no longer a theory because it has been dis-proven. For evolution we have fossil records as evidence and empirical evidence whereby some strands of bacteria have become resistant to penicillin, i.e. MRSA. So yes evolution is a theory but remember what a theory is and don't just brush it off as just a theory.

There are a crapload of equaliser settings too, and I don't know which ones she changed. Why can't people just leave sh*t alone

Not too fussed about channels, I don't watch TV on this telly, it's in my bedroom for playing on the PS3.

 

I'll see how it sounds with all the equaliser settings in the middle, although they weren't like that when I first checked.

Satanism is such a broad term dude. I believe it's made up of diverse philosophical and ideological beliefs and that it's the admiration of Satan or something similar. It should be noted that not every group performs satanic rituals, participates in satanic worship if they do believe in such things which is a common stereotype. Groups of Satanism do believe in certain spiritual entities but there are groups that have lets say a materialistic view on the world, these people are more likely to be atheists or agnostics. Now Satanic spiritualists take it that Satan is some sort of God like figure and they intend to interact with him/her it. So in conclusion there are Satanists who consist of Athiests and Agnostics and there are Spiritualists who likely perform rituals of some sort.
