For the Elgato Game Capture Card, you do need an HDTV.

I'm not sure, the quality or probably the company that makes it. I have a $100 chair.

Well you have to be a good contributor all around the forum and if the Mods think they need help in a particular section you will be called up. Based on what I've heard about the OGA's it's a similar concept except you have to be more active around the Gen-Chat area. Remember that you cannot apply to be part of the staff or become an official gang member. That will just reduce your chances in being called up for anything.
