This could be a dumb question to ask but why in the end, weirdest topics here in General Chat get locked by Moonshield?

Because they were terrible and got out of hand.

I don't think he was just talking about those topics, it seemed he was asking why the weirdest topics in general (Not just those 'Weirdest thing you have put in _______' topics, but most weird topics in Gen Chat) always get locked by Moonshield, never by another Mod/Admin.

I could be wrong though, but that is how I read it, and to answer his question, I really don't know.

Now you're talking... I know there are mods that posted in those topics, I can see MVC, a Forum Leader, post in this topic.

 

It's like a coincidence that all topics are locked by Moonshield at the same time.

Because at the time he was the only staff member online when the topics were being posted and subsequently reported? Only takes one person to take out the trash, doesn't make it a conspiracy.

By lag you mean slow loading, right? If you mean lagging as in skipping frames then it's definitely your PC\device.

I mean everything is slow to load, and right now it simply doesn't load. It is only the only site that isn't working properly for me today. I even played BF3 earlier without any lag, as usual.

 

So its not my internet. Perhaps it is the brazillian version that is having some problems? I don't know.

You may have great connectivity with some servers and a poor one with others, and it can change momentarily.

I've been thinking about it, but to make a long, personal story short, I've been thinking about choosing her. I know I may sound clingy and desperate, and I understand that, but we've got oodles of stuff in common, we both love GTA, etc. And her neo-Nazism isn't that prominent. She doesn't walk around with swastika shirts on and whatnot.

I don't see why it wouldn't work once you've bought the expansion. Once that expansion is installed you'll be launching your game with that title and not the base game anymore.

Yep, I bought freetime for Sims 2 from the EA Store a couple years ago. It worked just fine and was played through the same procedures as any other disc expansion would have been played.

Why do Brits dislike Piers Morgan? I hear he had a part in the Phone Hacking scandal, but if someone can clear up why he's seen as such an asshole it would be great as I see him as a nice fellow and decent replacement for Larry King Live.

Piers Morgan was the editor of some tabloids including The Daily Mirror and The Sun, and was seen as being somewhat of a slimeball, because of the way he conducted those papers. He upset a lot of people (mainly celebrities) because he was so extreme in his methods and used really low tactics to combat his vocal opponents. If you upset a lot of famous people then you're going to have them commenting about you, and you're going to attract attention to yourself. Apart from that he was also involved in the hacking scandal and wasn't remorseful, in fact he was the opposite.

 

He just seems to have a real slimey personality. I don't think he's seen as such an asshole as he was before though.

Two more questions:

When I play SA for 30min-1hour, it will get heavy lag spikes, like I will have 20-30+fps for a bit, and then it will just suddenly spike me down to 8-9fps.

And does anyone know of any stores that sell Capture Cards?
