Oh, you got me stumped there. If you are unable to add funds to your Paypal account then I'm not sure you can send money.

@CTC: Press PrtScn or Print Screen on your keyboard and then open up Paint, and then go to Edit - Paste (or Ctrl+v), it will paste the whole screen, however you can then use the crop tool to cut it to size and depending on your version of paint, you can either copy and paste as a new image or select "Copy to.." in the Edit menu.

It's some kind of an after shave balm which doesn't contain alcohol and it's pure or something.. So, can someone tell me if it's safe for me to use this after shave balm on my pubic/facial area?

Without a doubt you want to use some sort of alcohol free moisturizer after shaving. Even use it on days you wash your face but don't shave.

 

Always shave after a hot bath or shower. The moist heat softens the hairs.

 

Honest though, the moisturizer is the key.

Alright, so I guess I figured it out. For example, if I searched the Gaming Chat subforum and typed in "Call of Duty", I would just get a list of random topics. Typing "+Call +of +Duty" seems to solve the problem and give wanted results.

If you really need an answer your best bet would be to ask the Education Department/Ministry of Uganda, also maybe check with the local Police force about areas of high crime specifically relating to crime that would affect the college, which at a rough stab in the dark would be theft of equipment, vans with "Free Candy" on the side or alcoholism (depending on the age of students), traffic accidents and misdemeanors like petty theft and small charges of carrying drugs etc.

it is for a project in our uni where we need to do a initial risk assessment on building a new college in Uganda.

if you bump the topic it will resurface as the default is to order the topics on last post date and it usually is default for it to only show those with a last post date within the last 90 days, or is it 60? for most people anyway, including myself.

so if you change that perameter more show up, you can get 4 pages worth as of now that are not hidden, they are not hidden they jsut do not meet your current perameters, slight difference, well by slight I mean massive.

 

also if you bumped that 10 year topic you may get the added bonus of joining the coolest official group, or at least going some way to that.

Oh, that is simple. Google is your friend. Seriously though, the topics are just hidden so you can enter them if you have the links to them.

You can also enter those topics by selecting "from the beginning" in the drop-down listbox found at the bottom of the particular subsection and all those hidden topics will appear out of nowhere.
