Thanks for the in depth information guys, its all very interesting. I just wondered about it earlier tonight due to the fact I noticed nothing was saved like when/where/what camera it was taken on while I was print screening a bunch of old photos that I didn't have on my computer anymore. Its quite interesting knowing that just a simple image can be traced back to its ''original'' owner? just by using the right type of programmes and stuff, sounds like some CSI TV show haha.

All the information about camera, date taken, etc., are stored in EXIF extensions of the JPEG image. (Some other formats have similar extensions, but it's almost certain you are talking about JPEG images.) This information is LOST when you print-screen and save.

 

Like sivispacem mentioned, it's possible to hide data in image itself, but that requires extra work, and it's not something that will automatically show up in list of image info on your computer. It would require special software to extract. So even if you are saving something like this via print-screening, you wouldn't be aware of it.

 

 

sivispacem - It's possible to hide information with steganography in such a way that it's impossible to destroy without pretty much destroying the image. Or at least, causing serious damage to quality. Basically, if you want a watermark that stays there despite someone wanting really badly to get rid of it, you use combination of steganographic methods with some robust error-correction/encryption method. Such a thing is basically impossible to remove unless you know exactly what the message reads, and that's where encryption comes in.

 

I was playing with something like that to come up with a way to ensure that the watermark survives crappy encoding. Intentional damage can be more severe, but you just throw more error correction at it. Naturally, amount of data you'd be able to store in an image would become very small, but if all you need is a signature, it's plenty.

Oh, it's quite common to see Remote Access Trojans using encrypted stegonographic data in images or other documents to provide get requests to malicious programmes, enabling them to download additional files or beacon out to C&C servers without being noticed by users or sysadmins. Also useful for extracting large quantities of encrypted data inside "corrupt" video and compressed files in espionage attacks without triggering various security measures.

We are groups or what were originally called Gangs (still are in my eyes, cu i iz hardcore n sh*t yo), they were originally setup back in the day when we thought there was going to be multiplayer GTA (official that is). But when that fell by it still stuck and we have groups still around as a result. Most if not all groups however will not ask for invites, they will do the inviting, so it's best not to ask directly, just be a good wee bunny and we might come a knockin.

 

We do have a tiny section however where we can talk in private, for example, the Zaibatsu (my group) we talk about knitting patterns, South Side Hoods talk about baking, Andolini Mafia Family about clothes, Leone Family Mafia gardening, Parcel Force politics, The Connection 20th century telegraph poles and The Precinct about flower arranging. We're a pleasant bunch of people really and as a result we all earn the privilege of a members 10% discount on the Early Birds Breakfast Special at any of the Preferred Partners Diners

It's called an image rotator, you can have it for signatures as well. There's a few around the web. It just gives you one URL and it alternates image every time.

Well, I can tell you the source of antisemitism in Germany:

 

After the start of the Carolingian Dynasty by Charlemagne in The Frankish Empire, which was basically the land from which Germany formed, Jews were welcomed into the land and were granted freedom. In exchange for this, they had to pay a special tax, which was of course good for Charlemagne's Empire.

 

Later, when the The Frankish Empire split into three parts, one of them being the Holy Roman Empire which later became Germany, Jews were allowed into certain cities and were welcomed by the rulers of those cities because they normally came from wealthy families and had good connections to other wealthy merchants throughout the land. They also became moneylenders because, unlike the Christians (it was illegal for Christians to take interest), they were allowed to require interest for their activities in that field.

 

The wealthy Jews of the Holy Roman Empire rose in social status and turned into Doctors and other fields that required relatively high education, a lot of female Jews could even read and write, which most of the Germans couldn't.

 

But, not all Jews were wealthy, they were an relatively different religion in a Christian continent, and the people of the Middle Ages were very religious, of course. Because of being different, they were limited to their own communities (not Ghettos yet), where they could work, they couldn't join any guilds, which basically removed all the financial protection they could have had.

 

And exactly when that began to happen, one of the biggest mistakes by the Jewish community in the eyes of the Christians in the HRE happened. Because of this poverty, they had to rely on moneylending, but with extremely high interest, so they could finance their lives. They did this especially when they saw that the costumer is in dire need, for example when his store was going bankrupt. The people of the Holy Roman Empire were extremely 'jealous' (they couldn't take interest, remember?) and also 'angry' because the Jews took interest, and massive amounts of it, too.

 

Around 10 years after all that, the Christians were being hyped up for the First Crusade, and of course, their religious spirit was high. The Crusaders looted and destroyed the Jewish communities, committed Genocide etc.. And now the Jews were officially the black sheep of the Holy Roman Empire. For example, during the black plague, they were accused of having poisoned the water sources of affected cities. They were also accused of drinking the blood of Christian children and many more.

 

These stories led to the isolation of the Jewish people of the Holy Roman Empire, 200 years later, they had to wear yellow bands on their clothes upon leaving their specified area, sometimes even big yellow hats. Later, the Ghetto system started and the Jews were not allowed to leave these Ghettos and interact with the Christians of the city.

 

In the late mid 1400s, the Christians were allowed to take interest as moneylenders again and through this, most cities saw no reason to keep the Jews in, they were forced to leave the Ghettos and many of them fled to Poland and the rest of Eastern Europe. Through this mixture of Middle High German, Hebrew and Polish; Yiddish as a language developed, which you've probably heard of.

My Xbox hard drive is a sh*tty 20Gb and have used most of it up. My question is this; if I buy DLC and then some time later more comes out and I need to get a new hard drive, can I swap everything (game saves, profile, DLC, etc.) to a new, bigger drive?

Length isn't usually a factor. They have pretty good variation. It's the diameter that most manufacturers seem to make way to small. Most are uncomfortable; Trojans just burst.

 

What works for me is Durex. They seem to make them large enough to actually feel comfortable. If even that's too small, you'll have to look for large sizes. Again, I'd go with Durex. Their large sizes are actually large sizes, not "Look at me, I'm buying XXL condoms," sizes.

Well you don't want one that's too small that's for sure, because aside from pinching your penis it's more likely to break as well. Condoms come in all different sizes and lengths, so I'd recommend going and buying a few then trying them on for size until you find the goldilocks one. But you may want to wait until you get home because generally they don't like you trying them on in the store.

thank god you are practising safe sex. the thought of you raising a child is worrying when you couldn't even come to the conclusion by yourself that if the condom is too small you need to buy bigger ones.
