Not that I believe in ghosts, but why are some ghosts seen with clothing on? Wouldn't that mean the clothing would had to have had a matching soul with the dead person/ghost.

Found a pretty thorough answer to this question here. Personally, I reckon they're seen to have clothes because paranormal activity is a man-made idea, conceived as we know it at a time when society was somewhat prudish and religious so clothing reflects these sensibilities.

It's a bank holiday. And this bullsh*t has just started happening today. The rest of the week? No problems whatsoever. But today it's acting up. On the one day I can't contact the bank at all.

Well you can contact them today. Have you got internet banking though? you could check that. It kind of sounds like you just don't have more than $30 in your account, where your bank hasn't allowed you to over draft at all.

This problem can occur IF you used the card at:

A rental shop, Car rental agency, or Motel/Hotel.

The business puts a HOLD on an amount of money exceeding what you are expected to be spending so thier butt is covered if you try to default. The money hold is released to your card automaticly after a week or two.

So if you try to use the card for an expense that would exceed your 'current' balance it's a No-Go, but not serious enough to seize the card. When the card is declined you can usually get a phone number to call from the store management or your card provider regardless of bank holidays, as it is 'customer service' of the card processor. They won't help you get the money, but should tell you who/where the hold was placed.

You are getting this message because you are using an Emulator to Steal the Game. Emulator’s are rarely distributed by the Game manufacturer as they (the programmer) is contracted to the Console provider to be exclusive to that console.

This one is a bit more difficult to answer. When I was flying back to Canada from Warsaw, I had to transit through Chicago and I had to pass through immigration, re-check my luggage and go through security again. When I got to security, TSA did their usual baggage scan and they found a jar of knock-off Nutella (well, the Polish version of it in my bag). Anyways, they confiscated it because one of the ingredients was milk, even though it wasn't in liquid form (it was a spread). It only cost me like $1, so I didn't put up a fuss and they disposed of it.

 

I guess the only way there would be an issue is if they knew there was jelly in the doughnut beforehand. You could always e-mail TSA or DHS; I'm sure they're used to getting e-mails with these types of questions.

Yes if you upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7 you will lose your data. You could however upgrade from Windows XP to Vista and then from Vista to Windows 7 and keep your files but that will cost a lot. You're better off backing up those files.

 

When you attempt to install Windows 7 it will say whether an in-place upgrade(which is an upgrade that just updates your OS and doesn't erase anything) can be done or not, you'll either have the option to do the in-place upgrade or it'll say everything will be deleted(you can't miss it, it'll probably be in red and in all caps ).

 

EDIT: Oh and whenever you are doing an OS upgrade, whether it's an in-place or clean upgrade you should always back-up your files, anything can go wrong and the next thing you know your computer gives you some error while it's starting, this has happened to me once a powercut and it gave me some numbers while starting up, I had no clue and just reinstalled and it worked.

Depends, there's no real fixed number. If we get sick of telling you and you clearly aren't going to get the message, you're gone. Don't take that as a challenge though.

It depends on the severity of the actions leading to the warnings. You can get a rap sheet that goes on forever full of innocuous stuff and still be posting (like some particular old headbanger), and you can be banned immediately for more serious stuff.
