Are they? Espionage is a fact of political life and there's not very much any democratic country can do about it, really. The more valuable the nation, the more enticing the target.

When my PC restarted to continue with the installation, it said Getting Ready then circles spinning. I restarted it cause I thought it was stuck. If he wins, there wil be increase in international tension all around. Nothing catastrophic, mind, and some people think it is worth it. For me, it is another reason to vote against, but that is another topic. Important bit is that relations with China and Russia will only change in the surface either way. Too much money is involved for anyone to start a big stink over some espionage, unfair trade, or UN policy blocking.

Pump Triline, and here are two similar fonts.

 

Chunkyman is right, the font was at least based on Pump, but it's not an exact match, so you're not going to get the exact font they used. Dreamland seems to be the closest free font that I can find.

If you can find one of those websites that rip the audio from youtube videos, and a good youtube video where the sound plays well, rip the audio, and then use audacity to clip everything except the sound. It's a pretty shoddy solution, but it'll get it done for you.

I would have to second that. In my house, there are executive chairs for the computer desk, our rooms, and desks. Mine has alot of cushion in it

 

 

QUESTION: Did they increase the signature size? I've seen massive ones, bigger than the ones we have now. Anyone know?

@Signatures - I also think the mods let off highly regarded people (eg. People in the OGA) which I think is a bit unfair. I've seen people with 5,000+ posts whose signature are WAY over but the mods let them off.

Basically, it has been customary to set the value of currency in relation to a commodity. Gold is particular useful as it has limited non-decorative value, cannot be accurately forged and the overwhelming majority of all gold ever mined is still in existence. Therefore its value does not fluctuate as dramatically as disposable commodities, thus making it a decent basis for currency valuation.

It's currency, most countries including Britain actually recognise Gold and coins as currency, technically notes aren't money as they only state that they are a promise to pay the bearer.

 

Not only that Gold is the only recognised universal currency as it's used as the basis of international currencies, sovereign wealth and stock exchanges. This wiki page on Gold Reserves is a starter for you.

That was the reason for getting people to accept paper.

They used to mint coins from ingots. Then for a while you could get bits of metal for 'paper promise Notes' at a fixed rate. Then some smart guy said 'why bother with backing the paper, let's just print more paper' so they took the metal backing away and let gold 'float'. That's how the U.S. got off the Gold standard and into debt. Now only Governments really bother with it. Although I've heard that the so called International Bank Vaults are empty. Like Fort Knox is long empty with it being transfered to New York, that being the reason NO-ONE is allowed a tour.

Nope, that's too late since it was made in the 2000's. If my mum saw it while she was in her teens-mid 20's then its pretty old. I think the movie starts with the letter D? That's about all I know. I'd ask her now but its 1:30am so she's not awake ha.
