Right click on the start button and click Explore then scroll down until you see Recycle Bin. Drag and drop it on the desktop.

Huh, I can't find it. Is there any certain folder it's in?

It should be at the bottom.

If not, try this: Right click on desktop --> Properties --> click Desktop icon --> Customize desktop --> Restore default.

Or if you're using windows 7 right click and choose Personalize

And on the right left pane should be "Change Desktop Icons"

You can check the box for it there.

Oh, yeah, forgot about that. The last time I had FRAPS it got corrupted because I tried to make a backup in a flash drive (which broke the drive; don't ask me how). I guess I'll just use it again.

Why does Iran hate Israel so much?

A variety of reasons, some complex and historic, some pragmatic.

 

1) The historic relationship between Israel and Iran during the pre-revolution period, when Iran was supported by the West. After the revolution, measures were taken to distance Iran from perceived allies of the Shah, Iran essentially cut diplomatic ties with Israel

 

2) Iran's funding of Hezbollah, Hamas and other militant organisations for strategic reasons, to counteract growing Israeli strategic dominance of the Middle East

 

3) Israel's assassination of individuals working at various capacities in Iran's nuclear programme.

 

4) The Palestinian question, and Arab/Islamic world solidarity over perceived aggression towards Israel's failure to accept a Palestinian state (and to an equal extent the idea that Israel "stole" Arab land).

 

5) Attacking Israel and Judaism under the guise of "anti-Zionism" as a motivation for uniting the Iranian population behind a common enemy, and to deflect from internal problems.

How can you get those lines going down from beside your bellybutton to a little more down like you often see with those guys with big-ass muscles and six-packs and sh*t?

 

Me and a buddy decided to work out these holidays, so we're training to get a bit of a six-pack and those muscles around the upper part of your chest. I also want those lines at the lower part of your body, seeing those are pretty good-looking blush.gif

If you mean your abdominal muscles, then you just need to do a lot of work on your mid drift, doing things like crunches, press ups and sit ups. As well as keeping a good diet so you don't let any fat settle around there.

I have a question. It's GTA related, though..

 

Sometimes on GTA TBoGT (EFLC Disc Version if that makes any difference)

When I go into some multiplayer matches, I spawn, but my phone has a different background which I have never seen before. It's a Badger background if I remember correctly, and the background colour was red. I tried looking on VIP Luxury Ringtones on TBoGT but couldn't find the background there.

 

So, it is sort of two questions...

 

1. What is the meaning of this background/why is it there?

2. Is the background available on single player, and if so, how?

I think it's just something leftover from development, or a bug. It might have been the original background for the phone and then they changed it but forgot to change the multiplayer version. Or it could be intentional because you're supposed to be a different character in multiplayer therefore you would have a different phone. It's not available in single player.

My phone sometimes mysteriously changes settings when I join a multiplayer game.

 

In Single Player I always leave Luis' phone as it is, because it looks nice and I always like to get into character as Luis when I play the story mode.

 

Once when i joined a friend, my phone changed settings to Large Text and Whiz Background.

 

Sometimes it just switches to the red background.

 

I don't think it would be intentional because the phone keeps changing but I always have the same character for multiplayer.

 

Maybe it's just randomized.

US radio stations all begin with either a K or W as the start of their call letters. There is a really old reason, but off the top of my head I can't remember why. Usually they take their call letters to make it sound like a word - for example K-Rose's call letters might be something like KROS

Except for one station ALL stations on East of the Mississippi are 'W' {Farthest east originally licenced location: KDKA-1020 East Pittsburgh, PA )

All stations West of the Mississippi are 'K' stations.

 

Or so it used to be.

The larger muscles on the outer sides, directly above the hips are the obliques. The "ridges" in the middle are the abdominals. Not going to ask why you want big "ass muscles", but you can do lunges and squats for them at home. wink.gif

 

Make sure you eat/drink some protein & carbs shortly after working out, otherwise it will just be a waste of time and you'll probably not see much progress happening.

 

My obliques took bloody ages to appear larger (like, months) regardless of how much targeted workout I did on them. Remember, no matter how much work you do on your abdominals, they'll never show as a six pack (i.e. like that image) unless you maintain cardio and calorie dieting over a period of a few months. Or unless you're already really skinny of course; it doesn't have to be a strict diet at your age just eat less calories when you have the choice.

Back in the day when chivalry existed and women wanted to be treated nice and adored as objects of beauty, and then along came feminism and now men can't compliment a woman without being called a pervert. confused.gif

 

Plus it stems from species survival priority, which is women and children first as there is more chance of breeding, but it has been shortened down to "ladies first" as saying children first in the same tone makes you sound like a PDF File.

Ahhh. I only knew it as KROC back when my lady was going to school in midtown. Always though it was weird since I was used to W stations

Bodyweight squats and lunges don't provide enough resistance for big ass muscles (or big-ass leg muscles for that matter).

 

It is absolutely not a waste of a workout of protein isn't consumed within a certain time period after you're done. That's the very height of broscience. Food takes angood long while to be absorbed. Even a shake. Protein synthesis is at its highest 24-36 hours after weightlifting. Worry about lifting properly and getting enough protein during the day instead. Eating sh*t all day and having a shake or a can of tuna after lifting will get you nowhere. Nutrient timing is the least of any non-competing lifter's worry.

 

And cardio isn't necessary for fat loss.

It's certainly a start in Exxon's case; it's a good idea to get the form down before you start adding weight. I know I was worn out after a few sets of bodyweight lunges when I first started working out.

 

 

And cardio isn't necessary for fat loss.

It is when you don't want to conform to a strict diet, or lose muscle during the process of losing fat (i.e. starving yourself). Cardio is a preferable alternative to "not eating as much junk" for me and definitely made losing the last few pounds of fat a quicker process than just pure diet. Still took ages to get my abs more visible though.
