A question for the film buffs out there:

 

My sister was mentioning a film she saw some time ago on True Movies, and she only caught the start of it. She has Googled for it and everything, but to no evail, so I'm turning to you guys for some help. She said that it basically started off with some big house party, I'm guessing in the garden, when suddenly the house sets on fire. The owner of the house starts screaming about her baby been in bed, but is unable to reach it. Upon examination of the house, there are no remains of the baby/kid, and she is actually told by someone that this baby/kid never existed....

 

Any help?

That's really strange, but my friend disappeared from my Facebook. I didn't blocked him, he didn't blocked me. He just doesn't exists anymore.

I'm not saying that he's not on my friend list anymore, but there's nothing else that I can see from him on my Facebook. When someone quotes his name, an hyperlink directing me to his profile was supposed to be created, but it only shows his name as any other words.

 

Do anyone know what happened?

It happened 3 months ago. But thanks for the help, I thought that it was something related to my Facebook.

I'll try to contact their support if it's really necessary.

This is something I've been wanting to say for a long time. I'm amazed and proud that this topic has reached a V2 status thanks to Andrew. When I thought of this topic I had no idea how big it would become and whether or not the community would embrace it. Wow, was I wrong. I don't know if this is the right place to put this, but I am turning 13 tommorow, and I am thinking of getting 5-10 games for 360 and PS3, does anyone here have any good suggestions?

AAA titles are nice and all but i would say maybe go for a couple of older games that seem underrated, plus they'll be very cheap now anyway. RAGE, Enslaved, The Saboteur, Mini Ninjas, Metro 2033, Afro Samurai, Velvet Assassin, Viking: Battle For Asgard, Overlord, Rayman Origins.

RAGE is f*cking horrible and a huge waste of money, time and HDD space. Only buy if you only care about graphics, if you care about gameplay and story in the slightest, don't get this pile of sh*t.

Another 'great game' that failed upon the arrival then, I see. I only managed to play the demo of this game when it arrived on the downloads, and whereas I enjoyed what I played of the small section, I guess the rest of the game was a failure then? The reason I was attracted to the game was that it incorporated different elements within it and tried something new. I'll still end up buying it when it's dirt ceap.

Well I bought the full game and started to pretty much hate it as soon as I finished the first mission.

 

So you might like it.

 

I didn't find any innovation at all in the game tbh, the same old post-apocalyptic sh*t and the devs trying to distract you from how sh*tty the gameplay and story is by saying 'HEY BUT LOOK AT TEH GRAPHIX111!'.

for example "I need napalm strike at grid reference ......" how long would the code be as a mix of digits and phonetics?

is a USMC Captain exclusive to one platoon? (similar to how a Lieutenant is the field CO of one platoon)

if not, how many basic infantry platoons are under the command of a USMC Captain?

is a USMC Lieutenant Colonel generally assisted by a Sergeant Major?

Not sure on the rest, but if memory serves me right then in this case it would 2 numbers then decimal then 2 numbers then the direction on the latitude then 2 numbers then decimal then 2 numbers on the longitude for example:

 

51.50 North 00.13 East - would be said "five one decimal five zero North zero zero decimal one three East" - This being 10 Downing Street, if there was a 9 this would be said niner to prevent any mix up with German listeners hearing nine and mistaking it for Nein.

The karma (upvotes) for them both are 498 and 98 respectively, but my link karma on my page is only at 477 and will not rise, even though the number of upvotes next to the post does rise.

This, Reddit is a waste of time, and everyone on those larger subreddits are terrible, worse than people who visit /b/.

 

Anyways, Reddit's karma system is extremely complex, a post that gets huge amounts of upvotes will only give you one karma for every five upvotes or so, your karma will also stop rising as fast when you get past 500 or so. Sometimes it's just broken.

That's what I was thinking too. Nice contrast but not to many. I was just tired of the stock white and now I can easily recognize my own posts. And... I like green. I expect not many people use a different forum layout. The original one is simply the best.
