I have a question. Does anyone know of a preferably free keylogger available for Mac? I've so far tried Aobo (only logs certain characters for some strange reason) and Keyboard Spy (which doesn't work for me). I thought I'd give Refog a go but then I learned it doesn't save passwords. (Ahem.. )

 

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

So lately I've begun training at Track & Field practice with my new running shoes. For the 1st week and a half I actually trained with b-ball shoes since I didn't have any Running shoes but now that I've obtained a nice pair of them I instantly transitioned to them, seeing that my coach is constantly urging me and other people to get them on so that we reduce injury during practice and in the near future. So ever since I started running with the new shoes, I haven't been feeling sore in my legs, at all, and I'm starting to feel that this is not normal seeing that soreness is a sign of your muscles strengthening, at least from my knowledge. I do a mile and half warm up jog every day on the track before our coach comes out and starts working with us, and after I stop jogging my shins and ankles HURT to the point where I just wanna lie down and sleep on the track, literally. I can run with the pain, it's just that I can't deal with it. Could it be shin splints? Also I noticed this problem arose after I started working with my new running shoes. What should I do? Should I buy new shoes or consult a doctor?

Pain is an idicator that something is wrong. The Jane Fonda (exercise video) concept of 'no pain, no gain' was a marketing ploy. There is no scientific basis in pain being good for you. Minor exersion with minor pain from overdoing it might be exceptable up to a point. PAIN is not.

I'd consult your coach about it Mockage, he might be able to help you with that (that's if you haven't already done that). But from what I can gather from your post, it's your joints/bones that hurt? And it's not the muscle soreness? As a general rule if you get pain in your joints then that's not a good sign.

I smoke my stuff plain, but when I smoke with people there's always tobacco mixed in. I hate the stuff. Once definitely won't get you hooked, and as long as you don't smoke tobacco multiple times per day I'd say you're in the clear. For me, the more I smoke tobacco, the more I dislike it.

Next time you look back, look back harder. Focus on all the bad points about her when she was in your life. Think about the moments where you just wanted to punch a wall or some sh*t like that.

Did she break up with you for that guy? If that is so, I would consider myself lucky, at least you know where you are standing, you have all the reasons to hate her and getting over her should not be that hard.

 

If you broke up for other reasons that are more unclear, then it is going to take longer. Like others have said, find someone else to be with. Also, from my experience sleep makes me feel better, so taking a nap during the day might help a little.

What are the uses of all those codes?

table - Makes a new table, without borders.

tableb - Makes a new table, with borders.

tr - Makes the rows.

td - Makes the columns.

th - Title/header, makes it automatically bold.

!!! NOTE !!!

Please don't confuse the table tag with the tableb tag. There a huge difference.

Also, when you use the (th) tags, you don't need the (tr) & (td) tags. They just use space and don't do anything.

One more thing: don't confuse the [] & [/] 'doors' with () & (/)! Once you made this mistake, nothing will work anymore!

ALWAYS open the (tr) tag before the (td) tag. And when you close, post the (/td) tag first, and than the (/tr) tag, or things will go crazy!

The (table) or (tableb) tags are always opened before the (tr) & (td) tags; and always closed after the (/td) & (/tr) tags.

Please remember that I used the () & (/) 'doors' only to explain how the things work. If not, this part of the guide would look sh*tty. In real, use the [] & [/] tags, okay?
