Arr... I want to know how to write a good report. Any tips?

Hmm... I don't know, I'm just telling you my way.

It mostly depends on what you're actually reporting. If you report double-posts then write something like "This is an useless double-post." It may sound rude, but the mods just need a reason. If you're reporting modding topics / posts in the GTA Series sub-forum, just write: "This goes into modding, III Vehicles: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showforum=51". Or whatever the case is. Just remember to give a link, and always to read the whole post. If you just report it and say "Modding" then the staff has to read the whole post to see where it belongs.

I don't know if I'm doing it right, but oh well.

There is no need to write a massively detailed report, just give a reason why you think the post / profile should be reported and the Staff have something to start with then.

Go to Control Panel --> Add or Remove Programs --> Firefox. There should be the version of it.

 

What goin-god meant is that not that topics are offensive, only the members who post them. So, when you report a post, you actually report the member who posted it.

lol. kml I think it's a little bit of common sense, you aren't going to write that for topics. For example if someone posts an advertising topic, you report the first post by saying something as simple as "Advertising topic" or "Adbot". The mods will know and deal with it.

Area mods can see reports coming in only from the areas they moderate.

Global mods and admins can see reports from everywhere.

 

Area mods -> Global mods -> Admins

 

That's the order in which reports go to a Mod depending on who's online at that time.

Actually, there's some kind of special window where all reports are being listed. They just have to click it. Only because staff is online doesn't mean that they always look for reports and stuff.
