There was this english couple I knew that said they pretended to be german on holiday because they were embarassed by the behaviour of the other english people who were staying at the same place . This really dissapointed me really, instead of admitting they were english and behaving with class and showing that not all english people were drunken buffoons they tried to escape their nationality and pretend to be from a country where the nazi movement originated (obviously I'm making it sound worse than it is) but theres nothing that would make me pretend to be german or irish Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
