Trying to find the Willard...

...and I can't seem be able to find it on TBoGT. I've spent countless hours going to places like Hove Beach, Firefly Projects, Meadow Hills etc. (these are the places listed on GTA Wiki), and I'm really starting to get frustrated. Does anyone have a trick to getting them to spawn?

I can't even find it in GTA IV, not only in EFLC (BoGT). From the GTA Wikia:

The Willard in GTA IV is notably rare, owing largely to the fact it does not spawn in traffic as frequently as other vehicles. If it does appear, however, the car can be found in the following areas:

Around Meadow Hills, Dukes, the Hove Beach/Firefly Projects area of Broker, and Little Bay, Bohan.

In southern Alderney while driving a schafter or a cognoscenti

in the mission pegorinos pride when you chase the pavanos 2 willards will do as scripted trafic and block the road kill one of the drivers then kill pegorino you will fail the mission but you will have the car

The car's frequency of appearance is more common in The Lost and Damned.

Sorry, forgot to mention I play on the PS3.

I finally found the Willard! If any of you want to find the Willard, just drive a Virgo on Cody St (close to the swingset glitch place) and the Willard will spawn in traffic.

To find the Virgo:

Drive a Primo around the swingset glitch place.

To find the Primo:

Find a Schafter (go to Niko's first safehouse and there will be plenty of Schafters) and drive it to the swingset glitch place.

So, the car actually appears on traffic, eh? It's not like the SA Phoenix.

Yup but it's tricky to find, but in GTA IV you always seem to spawn them at some point.

There is also a mission fairly early on in the story where Niko chases sum1 with a Willard, then you can keep it after you kill the guy.
