Tried everything for now, v-sync from CCC not working in game, Using Radeon Pro same think, v-sync dont working but other options like AA working very well. Help. Hi, I just bought vice city after finishing gta III and I've gotten it to run pretty well. VC won't work for me with frame limiter off and v-sync disabled. I can get into the game but things don't work right (cars won't go in reverse, for one). With frame limiter on, it works fine, but 30 fps is hard on my eyes. I like my games smooth. V-sync seems to solve the problem nicely. "frame limits" it to 60fps and so far everthing is working well. I am using ATT (ati tray tools) to force v-sync. I have a radeon 5850. I haven't tried forcing it in CCC to see if it works or not. Try ATT, that might do the trick. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If that doesn't work I'd try reinstalling graphics card drivers. I'm using catalyst 10.4 and v-sync is switching on and off just fine for me.
