ramarar
How do I get in blue hell in liberty city stories?
Matty
According to GTAWiki (could be wrong--try it!); Near the hospital in Staunton Island is a small construction site where the player can find a ramp and jump to a platform. The player can go inside the glass of the windows in a corner and will fall into a tunnel (the same tunnel seen during the mission "Bringing the House Down"). (Note:You need to activate the 'Perfect Traction' cheat to perform this glitch). At the front of Sweeney General Hospital at Portland View there is a place where there is an Angel and an Esperanto. Get a car, jump using 'Down', drive it to the taller roof, get out of the car or drive it and jump to the white lanes. You will fall into the Blue Hell and will respawn at the nearest point at Portland View or Chinatown. (Note:Activate the cheat 'Cars in Water' to perform this blue hell glitch. The 'Perfect Traction' cheat is still need). Go to Shoreside Lift Bridge.Drive straight while the bridge is still lifted up.Go to the Shoreside Vale end.Jump and drive under the bridge (before to a pillar) and when you have jumped in the bridge go to the grass. You will fall into the Blue Hell and respawn later at the Francis International Airport end of the Porter Tunnel. Hope that helps! Also, this video may be of help to you too! Edited July 5, 2011 by DTUMan
Carbonox
You can also fly down there, by getting a helicopter and finding a building without a roof, or a street block with no surface (there are a few of those in Portland and Staunton). However, the 'get a helicopter' part happens to be the hardest part of this...
Nukey Shay
IMO the original place known is also the easiest to do: At the last riverside support column for the L-Train you see *before* the concrete ramps upward, push a large vehicle in the water. Use a motorcycle to land on top of said floating vehicle...then exit your 'cycle. You will drop down to the subway ceiling below...and you can exploit this glitch to gain early access to the other islands. NOTE: it's also easy to get random vehicles to fall through if you stand over at the subway loading platform. The tunnel gfx will not disappear if you are using a vehicle to drive away from a loading platform. Similarly, you can use a motorcycle parked in a boat to drop down. IIRC the Speeder near the Callahan bridge in Staunton is just above the subway tunnel. Also, the Porter tunnel that exists between Francis Int'l. and Wichita Gardens can be dropped onto by using a large vehicle with a high seat placement (such as the firetruck) to "dip" below the water surface near the stadium (i.e. cab under water, rear wheels still above ground). Exiting the vehicle in this manner fails to detect that your character is on a water surface - so you fall through and do not drown. Squeezing yourself between a barrier and a vehicle may allow you to beat collision barriers (such as jumping through the Porter tunnel ceiling using an ambulance parked on either sidewalk to stand on). This glitch is far easier to perform in previous titles...but it is still present here too.
Shane X. Walsh
There's a Blue Hell in Torrington's Subway. Enter it with Freeway go to left of Train's track slowly driving to the left and you will fall into blue hell.
