Ok guys i made us some HD Vending Machines (Only 2 at this moment)

 

Heres a couple screenshots

 

The Coca Cola Machine (Replaces E-Cola Machines)

This is the 7Up Machine (Replaces Sprunk)

The Textures are 1024x1024, and look amazing ingame, really nice, also has bump mapping on parts

Well done! But how about Sprite instead of 7Up for the Sprunk machines?

Here is my Park Texture mod. It's nowhere near the quality of Benni's and Vanni's textures since I suck at natural textures - I prefer man-made texturing - but it's useless just sitting on my HD so I thought I would share it.

Just copy the file into the following place

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\data\maps\manhat

Gli screen sono fatti con la mod 1.2 di ice, e il dof è dinamico, cmq ice ha creato nelle successive versioni diversi tipi di dof a piacere dell'utente

 

 

 

 

Screens are made using ice's 1.2 mod, and dof is dynamic, btw ice has created different version of dof in his last configuration, you can use what you like most

Yeah, i did make it Sprite at first but i was having issues with how it looked,i mite make one in a second, they only take around 10 mins to do in full HD

I just saw that you guys need advertising textures. I've been working on a mod that replaces all billboards in Liberty City with real ones, also I changed some textures of stores to real companies too. I'll post some pictures soon if anyone is interested.

i have that and it is not working

i use mod iv real for 1.0.7.0 (iceconfig ect...) and have no problems

i use a simple trees mod and i run out of memory why?

Obelisk in middle park hard to paint, the only gap is that the column is a 7500 pixel png, for hd quality... i have to find a way to decrease megabytes

Vanni, if you do not mind me asking, where is that located in the img files ? I looked everywhere for that Obelisk, but could only find the smaller one on the other side of the park.

search in manhattan06.img and then search the file named park_ob... and i don0t remember the rest, it's a wdr file with texture embedded, the only problem is that need a big big texture to appear good textured, i have a 1 gb vga and i put a 14 mb wdr for that obelisk, i didn't have lower fps or either problem (7500px x 1900px about)

Is it possible to over-right a embedded texture with your own texture in a wdr file ?

I was looking at the Fountain area, but it looked as if you could only add a texture dictionary, not a single PNG texture.

mmh i don't know, generally i extract the textures embedded overwrite with mines, and add some normal map if needed, then i import the odr generated and finish the work. By the way some wdr files have both textures embedded and others taken by a wtd file. I don't know how to tell to wdr which file have to take. I have to read the ide file in the img
