I fixed some of the loading problems with billboards and I fixed and replaced low quality textures, I hope everyone enjoys this mod. When we create new textures we create a new level of detail that increase the quality overall, but often to reach high quality we create bigger textures, for ex. a 512 kb original texture will be overwrite by a 1024 and i alsways suggest to not go over that. The point is : we have large files, and gta engine can't handle all those mbytes (i've noticed for personal experience) . So we'll wait until some solution... part two: i'm modifing the light colour of the lampost on the street, some of that are too yellow! I've found that some files are in wdr and i've read that they use a external texture in other file called "BM_bulb_white02" for the white light we want . I've explored all the img and nothing found, but i'm sure i've not seen at all, cause give me headache :s i ask to you friends to find these hidden texture , thanks!
