Due to long hours and the stress of the job Police Officers now make $7,200 per game. This is also a small incentive for those who may be interested into joining the LCPD.

 

 

...Police fines are soon to receive an update.

 

EDIT: Police fines updated, players you may think of paying more attention. If you wish to dispute a ticket you may but the "You never asked my name" defense cannot be used. Note that officers when they have pulled you over will have seen the vehicle you are driving, face/clothes, not to mention license plate which would be run into there police computer.

 

 

* If players have many priors, the police is allowed to fine them higher amounts of money.

Basic Traffic Violation-$100/$1,000

(I.e. running a red light, broken tail light, etc)

Assault & Battery -$500/$5,000

(Causing physical harm to another or assault in general)

Firearm Discharge-$850/$8,500

(Discharging a firearm in public)

Reckless Driving-$250/$2,500

(Crashing, causing damage to other motorist/property)

Driving Without Insurance-$250/$2,500

(Driving a vehicle that does not have insurance)

Fail to Stop-$300/$3,000

(Not stopping when a Police officer is asking you to pull over)

Trespassing-$350/$3,500

(Trespassing on someones property without there consent or after been asked to leave)

Grand Theft Auto-$500/$5,000

(Driving an unregistered vehicle or driving a reported stolen vehicle)

Robbery-$1,800/$10,000

(Committing a robbery or a takeover)

Vehicular Man Slaughter-$1,500/$15,000

(Running someone over with your vehicle and killing them/sending to hospital)

Murder-$2,500/$20,000

(Pretty self explanatory)

Use of Restricted Content-$2,000/$20,000

(Using of Weapons that you do not own or have a licence to.)

Notes on Fines:

-All fines are to the officers discretion, meaning all fines can be given from the base amount to anywhere between the two numbers given.

Lawyers make a base salary, if they wish to charge people for there services that is up to them to do so on there own accord.

Scott Simpson would like to rejoin the police force after 8 years absence from it. Also I do feel that if a player is driving the same car but a different color that the cops still don't take notice in that. Cops pull people over because of the car (or blip) and not description like car color.

 

Also someone really needs to update my info. Put the correct amount of money ^200k. Income is fine, but money currently is still incorrect. Did not die once.

I was just referencing my court case with Arod.It was a BS verdict and I should of won the only problem I see is that there needs to be a set place where it happens. I've been in two court cases in game and one was in the museum and one was in the cargo kentaners near the platypus. Also, not meaning to offend you jungle, I think your a good judge, but you should be a bit more optimistic.

Well, either a) We can make rules against killings in court hearings (have cops search everyone who gets in Middle Park for guns)

b)Keep it outside... it adds some fun as lots of assassination attempts will take place.

I've done what I could to get the correct info. It's not perfect but you'll have to live it. Also why are you complaining, you make over 200k a game. Plus I'll add you as a cop if Carva hasn't already.

 

Also towards the previous post, I say someone buys the museum gives it to city and that becomes City Hall. Or we remove it completely from the property list and make it City Hall. That is where all court-cases, Council meetings, elections, whatever will be held.

There are all kinds of buildings and locations we could use. It's a matter of finding one in which would work well for the purposes needed.

I'm talking about a regular civilian (NPC) and a roleplayers (user). Talking in my case, there are many ferroci's (car's) of the same kind that are different colors so therefore you shouldn't be able to pick a random feroci (car) and say hey, he did it and lets go after him right away. Just what I think.

 

Also @mrwhite I just like having it correct every time and 200 extra k (which is a big amount) ialways isn't a bad thing to have in case I'd like to go after a pricer option especially as soon as possible. If you find any fault with that then keep it as is, just stating my point.

STOP and they'll probably let you off with a warning. Running will only make it worse for you in the long run, also will defeat the purpose a police force in the RP if you all fail to recognize them.

 

@Arod- I based on what information I have at my disposal. You want more money or less money that is for you to decide in the RP with whatever business decisions you make.

That is true, at least I'll admit that as long as you don't act like a jackass to me, or in front of me, I'll just let you off. I know Cpt kick did that a couple of times and also loaded (recent memory). It was when people acted like fools that pissed them off.
