The biggest issue the Cops are having right now is that for every single stop we make on a vehicle, without fail the car takes off. I can understand it if your a gang member with priors but every civilian is very unrealistic. We also have strict weapon laws which you have to obtain a license for, why I saw someone with an RPG I don't know. Its these little details which makes it even more fun guys so take it into account please

I've told you before. If you do not own the weapon you CAN NOT use it. That is against the rules and defeats the entire purpose of the RP. Also note for the cops you should actually call the banker to see if people have certain vehicles registered, and to all the civilians/gang members you may want to use your money and buy a car so you don't get caught for grand theft auto. This also goes for everyone if you use any weapon even the pistol that is against the rules. You Must buy every weapon first before you can use it, not doing so is breaking the rules. So I advise you all at the next RP to think about investing in a vehicle and firearm.

Sorry Don but that was before when you told me in the RP, also I thought that didn't go for gang members considering 99% get there guns ilegal. I would buy a car and gun BUT I got to many fines and a trial on my way.

Guys, I'm glad that the RP is going. Well, but it appears we have to go over some things... Let me be "wolf" and set in for a sec.

There are differences between rules and laws niggas. Rules are something you mst follow in order not to get banned from the RP. there is no "weapon smuggling" mechanics so you can just pull an RPG outaa your ass. You gotta buy it.

Cops, please call the banker at ALL times that you fine players. Tell the banker why the person was fined so that the banker can add that to the player info sheet. Refer to the player info to see any car licenses or properties that players do t have and fine them for such things as GTA and trespassing.

Civilians- don't make this hard on cops, I don't wanna make a rule thy bans people from starting chases like originally planned.

If you got any issues... Walk and talk with Don.

Bankers- I'm only on my blackberry and iPod touch so you're gonna have to update the player info sheet. Just post it here in the thread an I'll put it in the front page as soon as I can.

alright, it was on my old computer which crapped out. I'll see if I didn't have it saved to my external or something. I know I kept a bunch of notes on it. I might just have to rework it with the notes I have.
