It's not possible to sell a property is it? To tell you the truth I really have no need to own the gas station. I dont really want it I was just wondering if I could sell it or if I could somehow give it back to the bank and get the money I put down on it back? If not then I'll pay it but I'm just wondering.

You can sell it back to the bank and receive the same amount you spent on purchasing it as your return.

 

@Mr.Pown- The interest will not be removed seeing as how for some reason the back-up banker allowed you to take out almost 3times more than what the loan system allowed. The loan system stated that you can take anything between $100-$10,000. I'm sure you must have read that because you did take a loan in the first place.

Don yes i have read the banking and loan sections of the rp rule but i asked for the loan and provided a buisness plan and proved i had the credit necessary for the amount i was loaned and jungle really did give me a fair loan 10k is a joke for a loan cap but i guess thats just the way it is in real life.

 

@ jungle - you dont have to pay my interest the only reason i dont want to pay it is because it was not mentioned in the loan when i took it out so ill pay for it

 

@ don - Really if your going to make new rules that dont apply to you at least try to show up to a few sessions every once in a while

You don't need to bitch about it anymore Jungle has payed for your loan I already put it through. Also if you notice I've shown up to more RPs than you have. I just haven't been at the last few.

 

Also if you have a problem with everything feel free to make your own RP, if not then just enjoy the game we putting on here and establishing so everyone (including you) can have a good time.

Just fill out that forum. You can't choose to have a helicopter license until you buy that plus a helicopter. SO for now you are stuck with your standard Class5 license in which you can drive and operate standard vehicles such as SUV's Cars.

Have you removed my stuff yet? I'll probably attend tonight and tomorrow but after September I'll be dropping out.

 

The loan system was bad but the biggest flaw I see in the roleplay is the bankers, I don't think they should get interest. Yes, it's a tough job to keep everyone's player sheet but you get way too much interest and Don and Halo are just way ahead of everyone else. That's the only big time flaw in my eyes.

Pretty fun RP overall. Had many good times. I think this was one of the best so far.
