As Carva stated before your Criminal Record has an effect on getting loans. If you have any serious offenses you are not illegible to get a loan.

The loan system has been removed. No more loans can and will ever be given. All players who owe the bank money still owe that money they loaned and are expected to pay back in full within the next 3 games plus 10% interest fees. Thank you very much. To all those who were planning on taking out a loan in the not so distant future I apologize for the inconvenience.

And since i get home at 4:15 from school now that will be very difficult to me to make the wednesdays to either host or to partake.

Don't worry, the schedule can and will be worked out . That was just a quick fix on the fly seeing as how it was only about a day before the next RP. We still have 6days until the Wednesday game so plenty of time to find a time that will work for most people. However Friday and Saturday will not change.

I think it was as stupid idea to begin with, and it wasn't me who allowed people to do the loans. It was the back-up banker. Your right it gave pepople to much power to begin with. That is why everyone who has a current loan owes an additional 10% intrest tax, which has already been added onto there loans.

Nothing against jungle but really hes the best example of The loan system failing.

By the way the interest is bs i already am paying interest remove it or i wont be playing anymore.

 

No offense don but the interest is total bs and seeing how you havent even been in the rp for awhile i dont see how you can justify adding more interest

Actualy I did not profit at all from any of the loans. What made me my money was starting out with small businesses working my way up and buying more businesses with better return value then a few games back I purchased $85k/11 grams of crack cocaine then sold it last game for 110,500 dollars making me a $25,000 profit, then I spent the 110k on my last 2 properties. That's how I am making my money.

It's not possible to sell a property is it? To tell you the truth I really have no need to own the gas station. I dont really want it I was just wondering if I could sell it or if I could somehow give it back to the bank and get the money I put down on it back? If not then I'll pay it but I'm just wondering.
