Ross was sentenced to three years in the Alderny correctional facility three months after his 18th birthday for carrying a fire-arm illiegally. When in prison he became a more intellegent man knowing the best times to enter and avoid a fight. He came out a stronger and more intellegent person. He is currently looking for any job offered to him. He is going into business with a man called Sam Hampson

I am thinking of re-creating the "Mayor" and "Police Commissioner" positions. It would make things easier. Doesn't matter if the mayor is a corrupt gangster, we can bring back the "Mayor Assassination" rules. What do you guys think?

It depends. What are the bnefits of being mayor/ commisioner and what are the rules?

Well, we have an election where all players meet in Middle Park and vote for their candidate. The candidates make speeches and sh*t. The mayor can appoint Police Commissioners who will control the police, tell the cops what to do. The mayor can control the laws such as the fines in the front page, they can also control the health care/ deaths. There is a government account where people can pay taxes for such benefits as free health care and etc. I don't really remember, Don can elaborate on it since he was the mayor for like 2 terms (16 games) in the old RP.
