Ok, in hindsight. We were too critical of the cops in the past. When you put it in perspective, back then it really wasn't all that bad. Here are a couple interesting events. I was shotgunned to death for running a red light, shot by a cop for...stopping at a red light - yes, he turned his siren on and then did that. And finally, arrested for BEING PRESENT AT A CRIME SCENE I DIDN'T COMMIT. I think the worst was when I ran a red light and started running (swimming). Mr Pown 'tased' me from 30 feet away and then after 10 minutes of running, I was gunned down? I'm going to run an advertising campaign to impeach two, possibly 3 cops. Jedi can help if he wants to do some advertising as well.

 

It's just really ridiculous that I spend a long time extorting $100, and then it's all wasted for running a red light.

 

Otherwise, roleplay was good. Artfull and Arod did an excellent job as Crips. They were certainly intimidating but also level-headed. And the Bloods were helpful in every situation, also good at not getting caught.

 

We went over all of this last night guys. You can't tase someone from 20 feet away. And you certainly can't yell 'TASED' when you miss, which happened on multiple occassions. You can't pull someone over for being on a Blood or Crip team, nor can you pull them over without witnessing a crime.

thats wat happened to me a cop pulled me over because i ran a redlight and he shot me several times for not standing still. WTF i was walking in a cirlce jumping on my car i wasnt running away. and then i got pulled over 5 mins l8r because i had a big rig. and when he said hes fining me for grand theft auto. i said he had no proof. then he said he looked at my profile on here. im not so sure its allowed to look at someones profile in game.

Cop Rules

 

TO HANDCUFF SOMEONE: Punch the ONCE

 

TO TASE SOMEONE: Shoot them with a Pistol while you are at a max of 10 feet from the.

 

If someone is running away, you cannot shoot them like power did to me yesterday. You must run after them until you punch them or tase them.

 

Cops CANNOT run someone over if they run away.

 

I'll add these later unless whoever has the account does it right now.

One big problem was the priorities for the cops. Twice I got pulled over by the whole cop unit for a red light while other people were out and about blazing the streets up. I don't want to knock the cops but this game turned reallllllly messy after a while.

Nope, he owes money and I won't allow his money to be given away.

 

The guy knows the formula so he is able to know how drug prices will be, therefore knowing what drugs to buy/sell. Like he said, he did the Drug Dealing for his own benefit in the Roleplay.

No, it's just the cops, when needed you can use stronger weapons when needed. That's what I think.

What arod said. Unfortunately GTA IV:MP only allows 16 slots. We can have up to 4 cops and 4 gang members of each side. If it allowed 32 players (hopefully V will) we would be able to expand on jobs and etc. Also: you guys may suggest jobs. I think firefighter is not up there, later I'll check.

No, it's just the cops, when needed you can use stronger weapons when needed. That's what I think.

There is no point in any of those seeing as how police have all License's unlocked as perks for being on the job. So things like other government agency's is pointless. Because they'd do they same as the cops, just have a title...
