GTA 4: TBoGT Evilmod

I have recently wanted to start modding GTA 4 Balled of Gay Tony, but when i try to use any of the features of "EvilMod" I get a in-game error that seems to say "Full" no matter what i try to search for.. I only get this error when i try to search for anything when pressing F9. Has anyone figured out why this happens?

PS: I have this version of GTA IV C++ Script Hook v.0.5.1 for GTAIV 1.0.7.0 and EFLC 1.1.2.0: GTAvision.com

I also have GTA IV ASI Loader v1.0.2.0b: GTAgaming.com

I only have EFLC 1.1.2.0 and not GTA 4 The original game.

Well....umm....I just tried the Evilmod on Multiplayer and its seems to work fine. But when i try to use it on Single Player....it never seems to work, it always seems to say "full" At the bottom of the in-game screen. Anyone know why this is? And if so....then how do i fix this issue?
