This time, he flies down south to Vice City with his cousin Roman and cousin-in-law Mallorie. The vibe is similar to TBoGT, with a glamorous nightclub-style theme. Theme Tune: Synopsis: After three years of living the "American Dream" in Liberty City, Niko decides there is more to America than this bustling city. Him, Roman and Mallorie all go down south to Vice City to soak up some paradise with nightclubs, beaches and more. However, the Russian mafia follow them and take Roman and his wife hostage. The leader behind all this was Dmitri Rascalov's half-brother Yuri, who wants revenge following the death of Dmitri. Niko escapes, residing in Ocean View Hotel, along with his new-found friend Armando Lopez. Niko must venture the streets of Vice City in order to save his cousin. Main Characters: Niko Bellic - protagonist, like he was on GTA IV Roman Bellic - cousin of Niko, gets captured and held hostage Mallorie Bellic - wife of Roman and cousin-in-law of Niko Armando Lopez - a mexican drug dealer, meets Niko after Roman's capture Yuri Rascalov - main antagonist, Dmitri Rascalov's half-brother =========================== Gameplay: =========================== Engine: The game will run on the same engine as GTA IV (RAGE and Euphoria). HUD: Similar style to GTA IV, but with a pink health bar. Armour bar colour is turquoise again. Features: Vice Cruises - pay $1000 for a nice luxury cruise around Vice City's seas. Nightclubs - just like TBoGT, you can dance in one of Vice City's famous nightclubs such as the Malibu or Pole Position! Girlfriends - Niko can find girlfriends around Vice to start dating. You can take them for a drive, take them to a nightclub, go to a restaurant with them or even go for a luxury 5-star cruise with them! BusTravel - you can ride taxi's and this time you can also ride buses on a variety of routes around the city! Just wait at a bus stop and one will pull up! Subway - before, Vice City had no train services. Now there is a subway route that goes around the city and an elevated train around the beaches. Stats and Skills - this feature returns from San Andreas and is more advanced this time. Fuel - to add more realism, all cars have limited fuel. You can refill at a petrol pump for a small fee. SatNav - yes, it returns from IV. HotelAir Shuttle - a shuttle runs between Escobar International and Ocean View Hotel. Internet Cafe - [email protected] has established in Vice City and, like GTA IV, you can access the in-game internet though many websites are different due to the setting. Flight School - After progressing through parts of the storyline, Niko can unlock Flight School and learn to fly. Flight school is located at one of the runways in Escobar International. Side Missions: Taxi, Firefighter, Ambulance, Vigilante and Pizzaboy Missions are all there as normal. Bus Driver - it's about time there was a side mission for a bus/coach. Just pick up and drop off people at bus stops on a certain route (you can choose the route you want via menu). Russian Rampage - similar to the mission "Freefall" from San Andreas, only this time it's a side mission and you're stopping a plane with Russian Mafia members coming from Russia. Yeah, didn't that dude come back a few times? @OP, You really need to take a break from "concept making". Perhaps, you know, even take the time to come up with your own ideas? I suggest you take a cue from what all the people above are trying to tell you. It's not just about being original and creative but you also need to have substantial content with you. As of now, you're just throwing out random ideas that pop in your head without them having any direction. I suggest you take a much needed break from making concept topics. If you have an original idea in mind, throw it into MS Word, create a rough draft and then stitch together a good amount of your idea before you decide to bring it on here. If you're just going to post incomplete, unoriginal concepts and expect people to like them, it's not going to happen. Take a look around at some of the other concept topics, see how much thought and effort has gone into them, learn from them and then start with your own concept.
