Rytuklis Posted July 2, 2011 Share Posted July 2, 2011 Hello people. Today i'm going to show you correct way to install DYOM with GTA UNITED and without CRASHES!!! Ok, here is the beggining steps: 1. Download the game, use only the link from GTA UNITED 1.1 beta creator's webpage, you can find it here 2. Install a clear installation for GTA SA (new one, in different directory than your normal GTA SA is). If you will not have a clear instalation and with mods, you will lag as hell and you will be most likely to crash every few mins! 3. Once installed, run the GTA UNITED 1.1 setup and install it into your clean instalation folder 4. DO NOT INSTALL HOT FIX AFTER GTA UNITED! IT WILL CAUSE YOU TO CRASH!!!! [OPTIONAL] 4.1 If after installing GTA UNITED without HOTFIX game still crashes, try to install hotfix... You can get it here 5. Install seperate CLEO 4 for GTA UNITED 6. Launch DYOM And it shouldn't crash now. TROUBLESHOOTING: MUST READ!! 1. If you crash when you get in the car, that means you have to reinstall game WITHOUT hotfix 2. If you crash while scrolling through weapons for actors, it is known problem and to avoid it, do not scroll forwards using Y, use N to scroll backwards until weapon you want! "DO NOT SCROLL TO POOL CUE, IT MAKES YOU CRASH!" 3. If you lag or crash while playing- its your GTA Instalation problem ,you were warned to have CLEAN instalation 4.
