Tesley + Company is apparently the agency that Rockstar uses. As stated in other topics though, these casting calls are easily added by anybody. Why don't you try to register at one of these casting calls websites and post a casting call for Rockstar Games? this is just in case you want to make sure that these castings are highly likely to be fake. If they wanted to attract actors they'd do it in more descrete ways than plastering their characters all over the internet for all to see. They would approach people personally surely.
