I don't understand it... In single player I get over 60fps (according to Xfire). When I load up an online free-roam match, if I simply do not move - everything appears to be fine. However as soon as I take that first step the game lags up and I get that infamous message "your computer is running to slow," then game kicks me back to single player. This occurs even when I create an empty server.

 

I've got a GTX 570 with a i7-920 and 6gb's of ram... updated drivers and patches... Thoughts?

 

I should also mention: After updating drivers the game worked online fine but as soon as someone shot up a car and it exploded - that instant (running at 60fps) the game kicked me out because my "Pc was running too slow" even though it clearly was not.
