Pagelzilla
I drank way too much last night and I'm paying for it today. All I want to do is eat a big, greasy, salty burger and go into a food coma. Do you guys have any special things you do to deal with a hangover?

Kirsty
Have a hot shower to wash away the alcohol smell first of all! Followed by a blast of cold water. Consume lots of fruit, especially apples, and plenty of iced water and then go to sleep. I'm sure you'd be prepared for a repeat after that. .2D
Shower, lots of water and a big ass english breakfast with a few slices of completely plain toast. Or if I can, going up to Mcdonalds for a breakfast helps a bit, for me anyway.
Ryan
I seem to be one of the lucky few who don't get hangovers. I'm not an overly heavy drinker myself, but on the few times I've gotten drunk, I just go to bed at some point, not remembering when, and wake up the next morning feeling surprisingly well rested. Sorry I can't lend you any tips.

Moonshield
Great post drinking breakfasts, hungover or not, chilaquiles make. In the very rare case that I'm hungover, a few ibuprofin and a bunch of water works wonders.
Themanwiththeplan
An Ulster fry. Or just curl up in a ball, on your bed and feel sorry for yourself.

860
I seem to be one of the lucky few who don't get hangovers. I used to say the same before Finland won the Hockey World Championship. Just wait, the hangover will find you. No one goes unpunished.
Lithium
I've never tried it myself, but people say if you eat 2 pieces of plain bread and drink 2 glasses of water before bed, it helps. I usually have a gatorade and drink lots of water the next day.
Kirst
Have something to eat and go a jog, you feel like dying during it but after it your heads feeling much better, might still wanna be sick but the headache's gone!
d00d
I'm hangover proof. But back in the days when I was a teenage drinker, the cure was a shower (with a cold rinse), 3 pints of water and a full English breakfast from Wetherspoons.
OH NO
Jamaican food, one of those nurishment drinks the junkies are always on, valium and blunts. Suihkubad
Ice cold Coke with a shot of rum in it. Not enough to get you drunk but something to smooth it out a bit. Then gallons of cold water and greasy food. I noticed that when hungover going for a swim in a lake feels like an orgasm. Everything goes away until you get out. Best think you could do yourself tough is drinking as much water as you can before going to bed and eating something. Beer dehydrates you. And most importantly for me G-Funk
trip
I usually have a gatorade and drink lots of water the next day. Yes...Gatorade used to be my staple cure. That mixed with bad TV. When hungover I get a big fat, greasy breakfast delivered. Usually a mushroom, bacon, cheese omelet with a side of home fries and scrapple. If you knew what scrapple is you might not won't to eat it, but there is no denying how f*cking great it is. I'm a big fan of water at the end of a night of drinking as a hangover prevention. It really seems to do the trick for me. I'm all about seltzer water, so I usually have a can or 2 before bed after drinking. There is nothing worse then losing a whole weekend day to a hangover. I'm all about seltzer water, so I usually have a can or 2 before bed after drinking. I drink a pint of water before going to bed after a night of drinking. I've always done it though (even the first time I got drunk) so I couldn't say how much it helps. I find I can't really eat much when hungover. While I'm rarely sick during a night of heavy drinking, I often find it hard to keep anything down the next morning. Last week I was hungover and I didn't feel sick at all until I had a couple of glasses of water and an apple, ten minutes later I brought it all up again. Also one time I had a fry up one late morning a couple of years ago after a party and while I managed to keep it down, I experienced what was probably the worst heartburn I'd ever had. Sanjeem
I love eating and hate drinking anything, but since I will have to because I get thirsty, some nice fresh juice has done the trick well, whilst slipping on a film that gives you a great sense of nostalgia for me somthing like Enemy of the state or Hotrod. Rebel
Lots and lots of water. Although I've found that eating something greasy like a fry up the next morning really helps you feel better later on in the day. But that might just be because you've actually eaten something. I actually made the mistake of drinking milk one morning after a heavy session and well...I regretted it the entire day since it made me feel 10 times worse. nlitement
I seem to be one of the lucky few who don't get hangovers. I used to say the same before Finland won the Hockey World Championship. Just wait, the hangover will find you. No one goes unpunished. I don't know... each time I've been trying to drink more and more... from 6 to 8 to 12 to 15 to 18 units even, and no hangover. The only hangover-like feeling I get is just an hour or two after drinknig, and since I'm not a total moron when drunk ( ) I drink water afterwards because of thirst. Actually, the first time I was hungover was probably 2 weeks ago at Provinssirock after a really poor night of sleep (and the funny thing is, I didn't drink there at all!). Felt reaally slow and that Subway went down really slow.
blitz
For starters, he night before take it easy and before going to bed drink a large Gatorade, to keep you hydrated. Now, if you missed that the night before then drink the Gatorade on the morning, have a nice, cold, refreshing shower, and eat lots of fruit. The greasy burger might get you puking, so just tale it easy an you should be fine.
jelly
It's easy. I don't drink like a monkey. I drink just enough. I don't get to the point where I can't walk or talk, and I don't get hangovers. I enjoy the evening, the drinks, and the next morning. Of course, you could just keep up the frat boy mentality and get LOL SHYT FACED LOL every time and enjoy your hangovers every time as well. I won't stop you..

WF the Hobgoblin
I've never gotten to the point where I can't walk or talk but I still get hangovers now and again. Drinking enough to have a good time but not enough to end up hungover is a balancing act I'm yet to master.
trip
The greasy burger might get you puking, so just tale it easy an you should be fine. But that greasy burger is comfort food. And when hungover, it is nice to have a tried and true friend pat you on the head and tell you "everything is going to be alright" @RebelG - Ah my gosh, milk? I can see how that might have been a good comforting thought, but I can more than see it making me puke my brains out for the remainder of the day. I'm guessing you put that in the 'lesson learned' category? My crappy games at MyCrappyGames.com Free copy of Save The Puppies and Kittens
cactus.
I don't drink like a monkey. I drink just enough. Bingo! The best defense against a hangover is to not have one in the first place. Although I don't drink much alcohol anymore, when I do, I just consume my drinks at a reasonable pace and don't drink more than I really need to be "drunk." But nobody's perfect, and even I - yes, my heavenly self - overdo it sometimes, and in this case, a good hangover remedy is to go to bed with a large glass of water along with some aspirin. Then in the morning force down another glass of water or two (and more aspirin, if necessary) and I ought to be feeling better by noon.
