I had to reload a save few mission before to get that one without flag... And should I choose ROmero or UCV Orange and Yellow Banshee... I can spawn Romero in EFLC, and drive whenever I want, I got this one legit in vanilla... But I can't spawn with with trainer in IV... But I love that Banshee so much! Amazing car! Choose the Banshee as like you said you can spawn a Romero in EFLC. 3. Choose the blue Sultan with black rims as I'm sure you'll be able to find another Blista Compact.
