No, ENB don't effect anything with this. You can notice at 8pm the lamppost is turned on, and the light effect at that time have some problem, it's have nothing special but don't know how it eat a lot of FPS.

And I know it cause by the effect.fx, but I have no idea how to edit this file, that's it.

And BOY, don't fuking told me what to do, you even don't know anything.

You wanted to reduce the light effect, which is done in the enbseries.ini where you can increase/decrease the light intensity of street lights/lamps. Also I don't know which kind of GPU you are using but at night the street lights/lamps aren't slowing me down one bid, even if I increase the light intensity and stand right underneath them.

 

I looked through the enbeffect.fx and can nowhere find anything that would lead to a setting that can increase/decrease the street lamps/lights and its effectivity.

 

You can also change the appereance/intensity of traffic lights in the visualsettings.dat!

 

#Config values for traffic lights

Maybe decreasing the bloomintensity through the timecycle.dat could help aswell with your performance problems at night, dunno.

but i dont like them since there is almost no reflection on the cars etc and ambient occlusion isnt working...

But on Weather Extra Sunny 2 i see the stars @ night.

You'll never see weather extra sunny 2 ingame, it's only accessible with the trainer...

 

so, with your timecyc, you will never have stars at night

open up the time cyc with note pad and scroll to the end , at 5am, midnight and 9pm,10pm times,from the end count 26th back from the end and you will find 0.000 change it to something like 0.300 do this for all the weathers and the times of day i said , then in the ini there are thease settings you can play with

 

StarsAmount=1.3

StarsIntensity=35

StarsBrightness=60

You just copy night time from extrasunny to sunny and thats it. Using any text editor: from 10pm to 5 or 6 am. Just open timecyc.dat and youll see.
