@Maurice Del Taco, do you have enable ENB?!

No. It's just modified weather. I don't have ENB because I am afraid of overheating the GPU, and I didn't found and ENB which accually works with MSI Afterburner.

How would MSI Afterburner help you with your overheating problem? There are several other apps that allow to overclock your GPU, set up FAN and OC profiles, watch the temps and don't interfere with the ENB hook.

MSI Afterburner help's me because, I use it just for FAN settings. My case is somehow small for my specs, has only one FAN in it, my graphic card has only one FAN too. That's why I am afraid of overheating. Playing GTA 4 on highest settings without any mods in it, the temperature is 80 celzius, and with this modified weather, on medium/high settings, the temperature is around 75 degress celzius. That's why I need MSI Afterburner. Here is a pic of my FAN properties:

And as I've said in my post, there are other tools to set up FAN profiles. All you need to do is to download Nvidia nTune and create FAN profiles for your games. Everything is done through the Nvidia control panel.

Also, 75-80°C are completely normal for your GTX570 and not even close to overheating. If you reach something like 95°C, thats overheating and at 97°C the GPU will start to downclock itself to prevent further damage.
