no, but you only have to change the gtaIV.exe from 1030 with yours from 1040 and the ingame editor is working smile.gif

 

Anyone got GTAIV.exe version 1030 they can upload please?

It's his personal set on the first page, I think it's iCEnhancer 1.35 modified because it seems to be his old pics here. not sure.

 

 

By the way, i'm editing DKT's textures to add Specular back, if anyone interested, I might upload them here with DKT's permissions & stuff.

Because it's the greatness of RAGE engine IMO, Diffuse & specular EVERYWHERE. (like in real-life)
