in the .ini

change these two lines:

ForceDisplaySize=true

ForceAntialiasing=true

to:

ForceDisplaySize=false

ForceAntialiasing=false

or if you play with AA:

ForceDisplaySize=false

ForceAntialiasing=true

what section controls the brightness

lets say i want to make the game a little brighter

what section controls that?

Glad you could fix it.

 

Well if you are using 1.1, you will have to higher the IExposure value. Exposure is the amount of light captured by the camera. To make it simple, if you want a brighter image, higher the value. 'You want a darker image, lower it.

I don't really get what you mean, sorry. If you are asking if I have changed anything on my NY setts after I uploaded them, then the answer is no. I haven't changed anything.

After trying and giving up on GTA IV/ELFC w/ENB more times than I care to admit (Sky bugs) I can Now say I did it No RED/WHITE Sky, No flashing or dimming of sky, No Sky Boxes or Black line on horizon and NO More Damn Pixelation in my Rain, drizzel, lighting weather! (Thats been My Headache for a while). Now I can relax and just touch up on the things I want to.

 

In the video when I get down to the water You will see a Flash of a black line on the horizon.. It was caused by the game loading and Fraps running.. Without Fraps running it Never happens. Texture flashing is also do to fraps. Glitchy Sky's in GTA IV/ELFC 1070/1120 Be gone and good riddance!
