not an another way to fix it?

Reverse engineer d3d9.dll to make it use Dx10/Dx11 libraries so it can enable AA with MRT, rename it to d3d10.dll, and make another d3d9.dll to load the d3d10.dll because GTA IV doesn't support DirectX10/11

Name it to d3d12_1337.dll and it will be compatible with DX12 on Windows8!

Lass mir das in dein Zahle erklären. Weil mein Deutsch sehr schlecht ist, versuch ich doch.

 

GTA IV unterstützt kein DirectX10. Klar. Es ist nicht möchlich DirectX10 zu nutzen. Commandlines wie /dx10 functionieren gar nicht. Du kannst nur schöne Bilderqualität haben durch SSAA zu nutzen, oder du musst zufrienden sein mit FXAA. Ja?

das is ja schön aber DenDi333 spielt auch mit ENB und DX11 und wenn ich ENB anhab springt der auf meine Intel HD Graphics Card und nicht auf meine GT540m 2 GB -.- f*ck ENB!

Also zu deinem graka prob:

 

du solltest nochmal im bios gucken, und gegebenenfalls die reihenfolge deiner grakas tauschen primary<-> secondary. Oder die Onboard karte komplett ausschalten, keine ahnung was für nen bios du hast, kann unter onboard devices sein, oder auch Integrated peripherals, so wie bei meinem letzen bios, also:

 

On Board Video Device (mit den Einstellungen "Enable" bzw. "Disable") unter Integrated Peripherals/onboard device ausschalten

Init Display First (mit den Einstellungen "AGP" bzw. "PCI") meistens ebenfalls im Menü Integrated Peripherals, dort halt deine pci-e karte als primäre einstellen

 

Einfach mal durchstöbern, es MUSS im bios drin sein.
