i assume it is a part of the default icenhancer 1.2.5 pack. there are 3 different DOF settings there. including the "subtle DOF".

Then you unrar it.

 

You go in folder "Normal version for 1040 patch" or "Beta version for EFLC - 1070" (depending of your game).

Then you unrar file "Subtle Depth of Field HQ". In it there is the file "iceshader.fx". Here it is !
