Beautiful Noel. Since you started you've done a great job with these sets. Ultra-ambient realism.

 

 

These new technicolor 70's look sets are very good, who's doing them? Is this the KBL iCEnhancer 1.35? Just awesome. Look at the majority of the screens from the last 4 pages! Astounding on all.

I agree with what you said Chavez but remember, this thread was born of the turmoil ordered by admins. If you recall Andrew forced us out of the Help thread despite mine and DP3's and other's rebuttles exactly to the effect of what is happening now: %1 participation. Help comes with set development and screen posting. Many people aren't comfortable having 12 tabs open and jumping between all of them to cross reference screesn and help and the thought of visiting the help thread means "Text only" to many. We brought this up with the admins when they were handin' out bans for posting pictures in the Help Thread (which was at the time screens + help).

 

As you can see on the first page of this thread, which was born hot off the heels of the previous screenshot thread being locked due to arguing and overall bullsh*t (trolls and spamming) I and iCE noted that set development and help should remain in this thread as well. Everyone takes it upon themselves to throw out their opinion despite stated status quo. It's the only way it's going to work - I said in the Help thread, and I said at the begining of this thread and I'm saying it again: THIS THREAD IS WHERE YOU GET HELP. I say this not because I'm trying to "make it" the help thread but because despite "what admins want" and "the threads are seperate" you are seeing a fundamental breakdown in help and open development of the ENB sets due to the split in the threads. This is the only way it works. There's 520+ pages here, and another 1200+ in the Help Thread, the track record speaks for itself.

 

Just because there is a seperate Help Thread, don't let that stop you from discussing here. We said it before the seperate threads started so lets see that help again.

On a more direct note about help:

If everyone released their sets there wouldn't be as much Help necessary IMHO. People see this set and that set and given that ENB cannot be "iCE" and "DP3" and "DKT" and ".Tor" and "Dendi" all at once, people try to make a particular set then next, which often where the trouble comes in. If the bulk of the new sets were contained in the first post all we'd have to do is say: "Dude, go to the first post."

 

On a personal note I have had little time lately to fully update the first post, sorry about that. I'm trying to get more time. Damn dentists! lol ZBNYC, I haven't forgotten your links! Too all that have the newest coolest stuff, it will be patched in including some of the newest coolest stuff avail on GTA4-mods.com. Especially the stuff that makes it fun to show off ENB.

PC is finally done!

I found back my iCEnhancer 1.0 , means all my textures work & codes (it was before ENB for GTA4)

I'll try it again with ENB & stuff to see what I can do combined.

cuz no1 wanted to help me.

i deleted all my enb files.

Some old pictures of icenhancer 0.99. it was before ENB. I know most of the settings blows it now with ENB but then during the time i was happy with my own dll hook.

Gave several guys setts for a beta-test - some moron sold them out in exchange for VIP cars or some sh*t like that. IDK how many more f*ckers have them.
