And to the Dead...

REMEMBERANCE DAY? Its about WW1 fallen soldiers and civilians? In Russia we dont have anything like that due to the past Soviet rule. We celebrate WW2 and Great Patriotic War victory every year, but WW1 isnt remeberd, you know, cause in soviet historiography it was blamed as imperialistic from all sides. Im a historian myself(education), i know these things well enough. Weve lost more people than any other allied side in WW1, but they are forgotten by most of our population.

True true DP...... it's a crazy ass world we all live in isn't it? ..... still, i just try to show respect & remember those who died so that we may live.... thats all..... todays age..... most people look at "War" as a computer game (CoD, MoH, BF, MW) ...... we can only HOPE, one day, wars will be fought Virtually..... hehehe.... imagine.. Streetfighter comps to win a war! ..Anyway mate.... thanks for the words of knowledge!

Definitely agree and i'm from France. So my country is concerned too.

I didn't know this day was viewed so differently around the world. In Canada, we gather at cenotaphs and our police and military present in tribute to our veterans and our fallen in a somber, quiet march and presentation.

I actually thought that Rememberance Day throughout the world was much the same as in Canada. I think regardless of name, as long as the sentiment is the same, it is a worthy day to remember those who have served and fallen.

I am a bit like a man pulled from another time - my father actually landed on D-Day in France with the Royal Canadian Artillery and the 3rd Army. Yet I am only 30( 'ish ).

Skyrim seems very good looking, like every Elder Scrolls at their release date.

Morrowind had sick water in the time & Oblivion was very demanding when it got released

You think we should try to add more effects or it's great like that?

(Can't try it yet, no computer mate )

@Dpeasant: Skyrim looks great, not really graphics vise but gameplay vise, gonna get it today. I'm a huge TES fan.

About CoD... seriously, how can anybody still pay for this? I mean it's just like an add on. Every single game is like an add on for the old one CoD 2 was great 3 was ok 4 was great everything after that just sucks. The engine is almost 12(!) years old and the netcode is almost the same as the one in CoD 2. So why should I pay for a game that I allready played for in 2007? Just a thought, not meant to offend anyone.

(P.S. BF 3 rocks)

HOLY CRAP DPEASENT, i think you should retire from GTA IV and start working on Skyrim, that game has alot of potential with enbseries. GTA IV has gotten tired and old, it's the same sh*t over and over now, tim for something new, yea?
