Vanni83 love your cloudy weather Your shots and DKT70's impressive cloudy setting made me change my mind about my cloudy weather (way too foggy and buildings/road were also too dark) so I started redoing cloudy as well

I have a few pictures of an ICEnhancer edit I did here for show which I've changed quite a lot from the original, started editing during the 1.25 phase so its kinda 1.25 edit. I loved 1.25 and 1.2 I just got bored with GTAIV so I started tinkering with the configs and different time cycles anyways, Here you go!

 

I'll only release this if there is some sort of demand or something and if Ice accepts me distributing another version of his stuff. I don't like the idea of competing with the original author! The main difference between mine is its environments have more colourpower (darker environ but more colourful) with 1.2 sunny days except for sunny windy which remains unchanged. Night time is all 1.25 but edited so the sky isn't red for hours on end on extra and normal 'sunny' timecyc. The one draw back to a darker night sky is brightness in badly lit areas which I'm sure was the reason why Ice had the red sky in place

 

Plays great when Vanni's Star junction light emitter edit (which can be found in the texture overhaul thread posted by Ice la Glace in GTAFORUMS) is used in conjunction with the mod, and that counts for any ICEnhancer version including mine. Special thanks to everyone in the GTA modding community for helping us newbies make our own edits, tweaks and overhauls to make a once great but now awesome and very enjoyable game!

 

Apologies for the brightness and shoddy image quality my .bmp converter is useless!

No problem. I am and have always been very drawn to this community and excluding a whole bunch of problems I had, have been pretty darned happy with IV and ENB and all the mods. I'm happy people have noticed, used it and care. That's all I wanted.

Anyway, i m sure raigen doesn't need you to decide when he ll release his setts...

i can ask him personally if i want         good night

 

i'm not trying to offend anybody, just getting tired of everyone asking "When do you release" all the time...

Raigen (for example) said he would release his setting in the first november week. But he changed half his settings, now using some parts of ice 1.35. I also can't wait to test his settings, but i'm not trying to push someone to a release.

 

I hope i can post some screens tonight, restored PC because of a f*ckin' trojan -.-

today i've solved cars colour problem on cloudy and slighty reduced dof power clouds are perfect on my eye, taxis are equal to a references screen, maybe correct some ambient color and reduce a bit contrast, but it's ok
