Correct, It's Viva New York: Flashing Lights Mod. I actually downloaded it through the link on the first page.

i was not speaking especially about raigen settings (although very beautiful)

Anyway, i m sure raigen doesn't need you to decide when he ll release his setts...

@Kross - OMG nice screens. Running unmodified iCEnhancer 1.35?

Yes, didn't touch a thing except the fxaa. Ice created a masterpiece.

 

The only thing i don't really like is the cloudy and all the rainy weather colors. It's too green when it needs to be gray. Also the lightning weather seems to have more light than drizzle and rainy. It still looks good though.

 

@ice if you fix those then you might have to retire cause it'll be perfect .

Damn, still can't find it in enbeffect.fx, i'm using ENB settings by L3EVO. Well thanks anyway, i'm gonna keep looking.

I have been jaw dropped at the recent 1.3.5 update except im having some minor bugs (or whatever you want to call them)

Some lights in buildings seem way to strong

with the trees i wanted to change them back to there original colors otherwise they look out of place when loading at a distance

i have tried changing the tree settings in the iceconfig.ini to the values i had set 1.3 but what i am after is this:
