But what is exactly  this files are doing?

Why so serious man, just copy and paste them in your install folder, they won't burn your CPU or GPU, trust me

haha! okay! xD

They don't do anything.

They are fake files from a russian man.

Look inside the files you'll see the joke

Using Gionight's uber nice ENB settings, and a really rare opportunity of the game popping up textures (since i only get a pathetic 3 fps...), I finally get a picture right.
