You should follow Raigen's tutorial in the previous page, he put it in very detail.

My ENB config for EFLC I don't use effect.txt, maybe you can delete that file. Not sure if it will do a trick.

Ok, i tested InjectFSAA and it worked using DP3's enb settings, but the FSAA is not as well done as say FSAA=1 as i turned off FSAA in enb when i tried this. (But it does work!. Thank You, Raigen!)

 

Now i just read that in combo, having FSAA=1 turned on, with InjectFSAA, it's almost like FSAA=0, so i need to try that.

 

But here's my big problem:

 

In using it with packet's complete fix on ice's mod, it does NOT work.

 

I noticed packet is using these lines:

 

EnableProxyLibrary=true

InitProxyFunctions=true

ProxyLibrary=d3d9_1.dll

 

So when i rename that d3d9.dll file and rename to d3d9_fsaa or d3d9_1_fsaa , it does not work.

 

Any ideas what is going on here, is this happening because packet tweaked the settings so InjectFSAA will not work?

 

When i put the file back to norm, it works perfectly. (but oddly there is no d3d9_1.dll in the main dir)

 

Hey Packet? Does this work for you, and if so, what do you do to get this working?

this may not be the proper thread to post this question, but I was just wondering if someone could explain how to spawn custom cars through simple native trainer, and not have them spawning in the world. right now i only know how to replace old cars with custom cars, but ideally i'd like to never have the custom cars spawn in the world for various reasons. i have enb l3evo most recent sets, new york advertisments/textures, simple native trainer, spark IV, etc working fine just haven't a clue what to change in the ini to make the cars spawn thru the trainer like i want them to o_0. new to this gta 4 modding thing whatsthat.gif

FXAA 3.11 using effect.txt doesn't change that much compared to 3.8. The DLL is only useful for ENB AA + FXAA.

And it's not V9, Timothy never did a V9 tounge.gif

Now just simply put a // infront of the function you want to disable, so it would look like this:

 

#define USE_BLOOM -> //#define USE_BLOOM

 

Also, you can delete your effect.txt for ENB or options.txt for ICE since the FXAA inject will now control the sharpening etc.

changing #define to #undefine should also work.

EnableProxyLibrary=true

InitProxyFunctions=true

ProxyLibrary=d3d9_1.dll

 

So when i rename that d3d9.dll file and rename to d3d9_fsaa or d3d9_1_fsaa , it does not work.

 

Did you update the name in the iceconfig.ini? you renamed d3d9.dll to d3d9_fsaa.dll but did you actually put in ProxyLibrary=d3d9_fsaa.dll in the iceconfig.ini? If the names aren't exactly the same, perfectly, it won't work.

yeap, did it all, but something is not right:

 

1)extracted the 5 files from injectfsaa beta 9 to IV's main dir

 

2)renamed the d3d9.dll file from that achive to d3d9_fsaa.dll (the original file i renamed d3d9-original.dll)

 

3)updated the iceconfig so proxylibrary=d3d9_fsaa.dll

 

And i got no clouds, and basically the original gta iv type graphics.

 

One question: Do i rename the d3d9.dll file from the achieve or the original? Seems to me it should be the archieve, correct?

mate, you just don't touch any files in the GTA4 folder, just rename the inject FXAA d3d9.dll to d3d9FXAA.dll or whatever you wanna call it before copy it to GTA4 folder.

 

after rename then copy all the files in that FXAA package in to the GTA4 folder after that open the iceconfig.ini and edit follows

 

EnableProxyLibrary=true

 

and

 

ProxyLibrary=d3d9FXAA.dll or the name you given, make sure are same.

 

thats all

 

run the game, then in the game press "Pause/break" to activate it.

OMG My Current setts had a baby with L3EV0 8-7' Timecyc W/ modifiers

It kindah reminds me of DP3's setts without the orange sky

The reason why i did'nt figure ths out, was because (stupidly) i was renaming the d3d9.dll original file, instead of leaving it as is.

 

Also i was working on tweaking some water effects, seen in the below video.

Nvidia FXAA + InjectFXAAv9 + AA=2 in ENB.

 

Отражения авто шикарные! Но вот что то с окружением все уныло у тя стало раньше было гораздо красивее! sad.gif Попробовал бы шарпа добавить он хоть текстурки почетче сделает ИМХО biggrin.gif
