Tired of Gangs shooting at me

Okay, i don't know if there is another topic like this but, i am sick of getting blown up, whether its the Mafia in Portland or the Triads in Chinatown, i keep getting blown up! i want to play the game but its really frustrating once you have beaten it. i just want to play around and explore the city and atmosphere, but i can't without getting killed by the cartel, Jamaicans or whatever there called, Triads, Mafia, etc. etc. it is really getting on my nerves though, is there a way to avoid this from happening so i can explore the city without getting shot up by maniacs in gangs? if there is a way please let me know. Grab the bulletproofs. Turismo's Cheetah is an easy one you can get any time after El Burro's phone is active...and you don't need to cheat. Use of the shoulder buttons keeps gangs from pulling you out of it, too.

 

Aside from that, you can use a cheat disc codes like "no one is a gang member", "no gangs hate you", etc.

If I remember correctly if you do the change appearance cheat so that your character uses the ped models instead of Claude's model, you can render gangs non aggressive to you when the cheat transforms you into one of the trench coat wearing peds. I think it was the old man with the grey hair in a trench coat that the gangs won't be aggressive towards.

 

The cheat is:

 

Right, Down, Left, Up, L1, L2, Up, Left, Down, Right

 

I hope I'm not mistaken. Unfortunately I no longer have a copy of III and hadn't played the game in years.

 

Here's a picture I managed to find. Although this isn't the exact ped because this one's wearing glasses and doesn't seem to have grey hair. But he will be wearing the hat and coat just like this one.
