URGENT HELP NEEDED PLS

Please can anyone help me....I was playing in multiplayer free mode, i had a request to join a party which i accepted. The guy who invited me kicked me out (but it didnt kick me out i just got pushed off the motorbike).

 

Now everytime i try to join a normal free play mode it takes me back to the game with just this guy in!!

 

Ive tried everything like turning off the xbox, blocking the guy etc, but nothing works......can anyone tell me how to get back to playing with normal players in free play please.
