I will put other DLC's as seperate posts, but still on this topic. ========================== Storyline: ========================== Setting: Liberty City, 2001 (just after the GTA III mission "Rumble") Theme Tune: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zy9i1lXAG7E Protagonist: The protagonist is Latrell Simmons, a 22 year old member of the Red Jacks. He is D-Ice's younger brother and has just finished off the last of the Purple Nines with Claude Speed. Synopsis: Latrell Simmons gets dropped off home by Claude after finishing off the last of the Purple Nines; with his brother D-Ice celebrating. Just when Latrell and D-Ice thought it was all over, a Cartel Cruiser appears. The Cartel members inside get out with Miguel as the leader and then start shooting at Latrell, who runs away. D-Ice gets an AK47 and kills the three Cartel members. Miguel escapes. A cop car arrives towards D-Ice. Meanwhile, Claude returns and offers Latrell a lift to a hideout in Portland to lay low. Latrell is told that his brother is in jail. That's when he realises it was just beginning. Main Characters: Latrell Simmons - protagonist. Mark "D-Ice" Simmons - Latrell's brother, gets arrested for committing homicide. Claude Speed - helps the protagonist throughout the storyline (he talks this time). Miguel Rodriguez - main antagonist, takes revenge on Yakuza and Red Jacks following the death of Catalina. Joey Leone - new leader of the mafia after the death of his father. Luigi Goterelli - gives you jobs in Portland. Asuka Kasen - leader of the Yakuza's. Donald Love - his return from Carcer City explains his temporary disappearence. ======================== Mission Structure ======================== Intro: The Escape Portland Island ------- Portland: Luigi Goterelli missions Roman Bellic payphone missions Joey Leone missions 8-Ball missions ---------- Staunton Island: Asuka Kasen missions Claude Speed missions (part 1) Donald Love missions Assassination missions via payphone ---------- Shoreside Vale, Upstate and Alderney: Claude Speed missions (part 2) D-Ice missions (after being released from prison) Maria Latore missions Various other missions ---------- Ending: The Final Countdown ========================= Gameplay: ========================= The whole map is open from the start of the game. New Features (using CLEO): Taxi Call - You can now use your pager to call a taxi to take you to the nearest hideout, nearest subway station, the Internet Cafe or the airport. The fare cost is $100 per ride. [email protected] Internet Cafe - Like in GTA IV, you can now use the [email protected] Internet Cafe in Bedford Point to actually surf the web and recieve e-mails from characters! BusTravel - An express bus drives on a route around Liberty stopping at: Hepburn Heights, Chinatown, Liberty Campus, Belleville Park, Bedford Point, Francis International, Pike Creek and Wichita Gardens. You can ride on it for $50 between each stop. LC Shuttle - You can ride a shuttle van on three different routes for $100 per ride. There is a Chinatown rail interchange route going between Kurowski Station and Portland Subway Station, a Campus route going between Torrington and Liberty Campus and an Airport route going between Wichita Gardens and Shoreside Terminal (via tunnel). Friends - You can have friends on your contact list to call on your pager and they can either drive you to your hideout (for free) or assist you in combat. You have more people on your contact list as the storyline progresses. There are 5 in total. Friends: Claude Speed - unlocked from the beginning; weapon: M16; vehicle: Green Kuruma 8-Ball - unlocked after completing all his missions; weapon: Shotgun; vehicle: Blue Manana Asuka Kasen - unlocked after completing all her missions; weapon: Uzi; vehicle: Yakuza Stinger Donald Love - unlocked after completing all his missions; weapon: Shotgun; vehicle: Grey Cognoscenti D-Ice - unlocked after he gets released from prison; weapon: AK47; vehicle: Red Infernus New Vehicles: Cognoscenti - luxury car, shorter version of the Stretch. Schafter - saloon car, based on a Mercedes C Class. Coquette - replaces Stinger, similar to Vice City's Banshee. Feroci - saloon car, based on a Lexus GS Shuttle - new form of public transport, souped up version of the Moonbeam Glendale - classic sedan, converted from Vice City Greenwood - gangster saloon, converted from Vice City Buffalo - muscle car, converted from San Andreas Cabbie - new and improved cabbie, based on the Blista [email protected] Browser Websites: eyefind.info - E-mail website and homepage, recieve e-mails from characters as the storyline progresses libertycitypolice.com - LCPD criminal database, you can trigger a side mission where you have to catch a random criminal from the database bustraveljobs.com - Get a job as a Bus Driver, triggers the bus driver side mission libertytreeonline.com - News website, updates as the storyline progresses littlelacysurprisepageant.com - Apparent Child Porn website blocked by the LCPD, gives you an instant 5-star wanted level when going on it peepthats**t.com - An online tour of Liberty City ============================ Map: ============================ The SSV tunnels have finished construction and lead to Upstate County, a forest countryside with a few towns in place: Ghost Town - holds the Liberty City Bank. Otherwise, not much. Rosewood - located north of Ghost Town. Garystown - located to the far east. A large, wealthy town.
