WhistleBlower Posted June 29, 2011 Share Posted June 29, 2011 After an intense shoot-out in Central Park, Niko tells both of Dwayne's boys to leave, and as I follow one of them walking towards the water I start to notice how many similar pedestrians are in the area. Usually the place is occupied by a bunch of businessmen, women, joggers and yoga enthusiasts during the day. During the night, however, that's when some of the more seedier pedestrians are roaming about. I just thought I'd bring it up because it's something I haven't noticed in a GTA game since Vice City. There's hardly any murders down there besides the mob related ones, however there are alot of stick-ups (armed robberies) inside middle park because once u go down those stairs by the bathrooms anything goes expecially at night. Alot of people have been robbed down there. Middle park has had a bad reputation since the 70's. During the day its safe but at night it gets violent. In my game its several gangs beefing right now, and the mob war is still brewing also. If u want to check and see the crimes going on in your game you gotta check the stat crime from LCPD database. It's not that hard actually. It saves the number of times you would take care of a crime scene, be it gang activity, a stolen vehicle, or a suspect fleeing on foot. So let's say you die after the first 5 crimes, you can continue where you left off the next time you enter your FIB vehicle. I've only ended up using the Wanted Stars Down cheat because cop cars sometimes happen to be in the area. But yeah, I'd recommend doing them in Alderney. Good luck! It brought my game completion up to 72 percent and my trophy statistic to 60 (which would be much higher if you excluded the multiplayer crap). The area might be up for grabs, give or take, a couple months. in my game south broker (except 4 hove beach outlook park and south slopes) is under M.O.B. & D.C.M. families control. They call the shots over there. Nothing moves without their approval. I learned that the hardway when i went over there. But its all luv cus i got big homies over there. D.C.M., which is another east coast families set, are like brothers to me so i can kick it over there with no problem,but i just cant trap over there because they already got that area sowed up................ Dont go to schottler or firefly projects wit dat bullsh*t cus dem boys on that f*ck sh*t over there. They will buss in a heartbeat. 2 murders this month already and 1 was a cop. I guess it alternates depending on what day of the week it is in-game. yea it does but its not just north holland niggas down there but east holland niggas as well as niggas from da wood (northwood). Its alot of money to be made in middle park but it aint worth gettin robbed for. I used to go down there wit sum of da homies and rob them same niggas B................. Cash High Posted July 1, 2011 Share Posted July 1, 2011 Even though you can see it better in GTA IV, I know in San Andreas during the night hours there would be more criminals/car jackers out. M.O.B. niggas that wear red coats, red shirts or red hats are families, and the ones that wear brown blue or black are just M.O.B. ---north holland hustlers wear jumpsuits and trackjackets/pants.
