Welcome to San Andreas, 2012. a state where anything is possible, the politicians are corrupt, and the rich and poor will do anything and everything in the pursuit of power and status... and meth.

 

you play as Frank Morgan. Shot, Robbed of his fortune and left to die by his own friends after trying to pursue a new life in his hometown of San Fierro. He wakes in a hostipal in Downtown San Fierro, heavily in debt and blackmailed by a secret goverment Agency to do thier bidding. Frank goes on a violent rise to fame, power and vengance. on the way he must choose between loyalties, question his morals and answer the question, "can you really achieve the american dream".

 

Set in Modern day San Andreas. The Game introduces a Number of Themes, Including:

 

The Pursuit of Power and Wealth - Everywhere you look, from the political system, to the movie industry, to the criminal underworld. Everybody wants power and to hold on to it forever. and some people are prepared to lie, steal and manipulate to get it. This is the Main Motivation of the main Antagonists

 

The Drug Industry - Drugs are the biggest economy in San Andreas, Legal or Illegal. from Painkillers to Weed, LSD and Even Meth many aspiring criminals are looking at this trade to increase their influence. hobos will beg for money for drugs, you help a number of dealers during the story, and the New Drug-Dealing side missions are back and better than ever.

 

Morals - Frank Constantly has to make choices through the game that affect his Karma and how people portray him, whether to go the peaceful route or just go on a massacre. Likewise he has to face the consequences of his actions, people may fight him on the street, friends may talk to him differently and so on.

 

Choice - in almost every aspect in the game you are given a wide range of choices, you are given many opportunities to complete missions, you have a choice to intervene in random events or just walk on by, and the storyline has many different paths to take.

San Fierro

 

You Start in hospital, where Bill picks you up and leaves you at a crummy safehouse in downtown san fierro, owned by wannabe gangster Danny Novak. He makes you do a couple of odd jobs around downtown, before trying to kill you on the orders of his higher power, Sonny Provic of the Russian Mob.

 

After killing Danny, Bill moves you to the old derilict Scottish Mob Clubhouse, due for closure. after "pursading" (scaring the crap out of) the local community manager to stop the closure of the Clubhouse, you, Bill, and Katie perform jobs around the city to increase the mobs influence. in one mission you rob a small convience store with katie which goes wrong. angering Bill. but to make up for it you take Bill on a activity, introducing the activities mechanic. after increasing the mobs prominance (and drivng the russian mob out in the process) the russian mob declares a gang war which runs thorugh the whole of downotwn san fierro.

 

After helping the Scottish Mob. You go on a botched escort mission for Wu Nang, but you manage to protect the client. impressed, he gives you a series of mission in Uptown San Fierro, fighting the Chinese Mafia and retrieving Wu Nangs Sword in a complex Hiest Mission. After completing all these missions, a snitch (Gerald, who betrayed Frank along with the rest of his "friends") rats your Location to the SFPD and you are arrested and blackmailed by a secret goverment agency. Who tell you to leave san fierro and meet them at Red County.

 

There are 27 Missions in this part of the story.

 

Red County

 

You are forced to be a hired gun for the secret agency, United Liberty Paper, you do many jobs to ensure that the current goverment stays in power. this invovles vandalising compettitors HQ's interuppting rallies and genarally tarnishing thier image, After about 7 missions, they strap you of your cash and leave you to fend for yourself.

 

You are forced to work with arrogant small-time Meth dealer Dick Jenkins, and the Right-Wing extremists, Army of Truth (AoT) who are against United Liberty Paper. After doing a Final mission for Dick. Wu contacts you with some important information. Gerald the Snitch is located in... Los Santos.

 

There are 21 Missions in this part of the story

 

Los Santos

 

When you arrive at Los Santos. you are contacted by Graham Silva. a corrupt LSPD cop and associate of ULP who makes you do vigalante missions agianst the Meth Trade. By interuppting deals, busting raids and so on.

 

After breaking ties with him, you meet up with drug lord Jimmy Saurez, who holds a Monopoly over crime in Los Santos. He makes you do many dug deals and drug wars for him, in exchange for the whereabouts of Gerald. However he breaks his promise. reveals his ties to ULP and gets his gang to shoot you.

 

however, you survive and join The Vagos. a rebel gang who are opposed to Saurez. in exchange for working with them and building up thier land and influence, they promise to gain revenge on saurez. evntually you break into ULP's undergorund headquarters while Saurez and graham are about to exchange 20% of the Drug Lords Profits for immunity from the LSPD. you get a choice to kill Saurez or Graham. which has an impact on the rest of the story.

 

During all this this You Work For Hernandez, a Real estate Buisnessman in los Santos and you form a good relatioship. he helps you find Gerald, and when you find him, he's a meth addicted wreck, who's been double crossed by the main betrayer Jericho, who he reveals to you was last sighted in las venturas.

 

There are 40 Missions in this part of the story

 

Desert

 

What Happens in the next few missions is determined by who you killed in the raid of the ULP.

 

If you killed Jimmy. ULP and Graham will Blackmail you again and force you to attack the AOT, Steal from the army and eventually try to kill you in the desert. however you manage to wound Graham instead and escape.

 

if you killed Graham. Jimmy and his gang will confront you in the desert. and force you to go on high risk missions in return for your freedom. however the final mission is exactly the same. jimmy tries to kill you, but you wound him and escape.

 

The next part is the same no matter who you kill.

 

You then seek refuge in a small desert acommadation. where you do a few missions for aging rock group/ biker gang Ace Of Clubs and help them rise to importance again. the AOT contacts you to help them get incrimintating evidence agianst ULP. after this you try and persue jericho into las venturas.

 

there are 25 missions in this part of the story

 

Las Venturas

 

when he arrives, he is contacted by Hernandez. who is looking to purchase a casino, (ruby island, based off treasure island). but first you must drive out the mafia owners of the casino, by destroying their front companies. Finally raiding their casino, The Clowns Pocket.

 

Later. Wu Nang contacts you and wants your help to drive off a bunch of mafia goons after him. After taking him out, a leader of a diffrent mafia family, Anthony Martelli makes you an offer he can't refuse. help him reclaim back "his town" and he will give you the location of Jericho. you take over terretories, but eventually double cross him along with Wu Nang and Hernandez.

 

Finally, Bill calls you. Saying that "sh*ts just gone down in San Fierro"

there are 20 missions in this part of the story

 

Finale

 

you return to San Fierro. Where you help the Mob reclaim their lost terretory. Here the story can end 4 ways

 

If you killed Graham. Jimmy will contact you and say if you help him with a high scale deal in Los Santos. he will help you kill jericho. You can do the deal or just kill him, knowing he will double cross you

 

if you do the deal, Jimmy will betray you as expected and reveal his allegance with jericho. Jerichio kills him. But eventually you get to kill or spare Jericho, and get $250,000

 

if you kill him. you will pursue Jericho with Bill and Katie, you Kill/Spare Jericho but not before he shoots bill. you get $250,000 but half of that goes to bills medical bill (he survives) so you get $125,000

 

If you killed Jimmy. ULP say they will help you find you find Jericho if you help them Raid the AOT members HQ in San fierro and kill thier members. but AOT say they will also help you if defend the HQ from the corrupt police force.

 

if you help the ULP. you Raid the HQ as planned. and ULP remains unprosecuted. In exchange they give you jericho's whereabouts. you persue him along with Bill/Katie and Kill/spare him. you get $250,000

 

if you help the AOT, everythiing is the same apart from you defend the HQ and Kill Graham. ULP gets found out and arrested. they help you find jericho. and the final mission is exactly the same. Except the AOT only give you $125,000

 

there are 7 missions in this part if you kill Jimmy. and 6 if You Kill Graham

 

 

Progtagonist

 

Frank Morgan

Age: 29

Afilliations: Himself, Various Gangs, Bill Mcdonald, Katie Mcdonald

 

Frank is a former mobster and mercenary who spent most of his life in san fierro and liberty city where he amassed his $250,000 fortune. He is of half scottish, half irish descent. he is quite cynical and sarcastic, he also seems to crack jokes at innapropiate times. although tough of the outside, he is very protective of his friends and family, and tends to be overly agressive in certain situations. he is willing to almost any job for money or information, even if it invloves killing many people. Frank is also a good buisnessman and con artist, running many front companies and assets during the game.

 

Friends

 

Bill "Big Mac" Mcdonald

Age: 28

Afilliations: Scottish Mob, Katie Mcdonald, Frank Morgan

 

Mac is a Mobster and Leader of the scottish mob in san andreas. he is Franks lifelong friend, doing jobs when they were young for the mob. while frank left to be a hitman in liberty city, he stayed behind and witness many years of gang wars and eventually the dissolution of the mob, leaving him to lead the small remains. he is an optimist and remains loyal to Frank during any time. often showing sympathy for him and helping him during missions. unlike frank, Mac has a strong moral code (as he is a christian) and refuses to kill if unessarcary. sometimes he makes frank question his own actions.

 

Ability: He will send gang members to help you. How many and how skilled depends on how much friendship you have with him

 

Katie Mcdonald

Age: 25

Afilliations: Bill Mcdonald, Scottish Mob

 

Katie is Bills brother and Franks love interest. Although his advances are rejected early in the game, she can eventually become Franks girlfriend later on. she is rebllious and tomboy like. often ignoring Bills orders and advice. Bill is very protecive of her, much to her discomfort. she also seems to enjoy causing unnesacary violence. on the flipside however, away from the mob she is calm and collected. she is also a great spy and assasin, using her sex appeal to her advantage, one time seducing a mafia boss into a car only to stab him with a butterfly knife.

 

Ability: She can "persaude" (seduce) the police force to lower your wanted level. how good the ability is depends on her friendship level.

 

Wu Nang

Age: 42

Afilliations: San Fierro Triads

 

Wu is the aging leader of the Triads, requesting Franks help early on to retrieve his sword and attack the Triads sworn enemies, the Chinese Mafia. the two form a freindship and help each other throughout the rest of the game. he believes in honour and respect instead of gang warfare.

 

Ability: if you go to his Ammu-Nation front store, he will give you weapons at a reduced price. how discounted depends on the level of friendship

 

Hernandez

Age: 45

Afilliations: Hernandez Empire

 

Hernandez is a Wealthy Buisnessman who forms a friendship with you in Los Santos. He is Very Optimistic. he has a very unhealthy lifestyle, which concerns him a lot. he usually provides comic relief. but can also show empathy as he grew in the same sort of gang lifestyle as Frank. His worst enemy is "Marco" who's businesses you hinder throughout the game.

 

Ability: he will provide you with a range of sports cars and luxury Vehicles at a Fraction of the price. how cheap depends on the level of friendship

 

Luis Jefferson (LJ)

Age: 28

Affiliations: Vagos

 

Don't let his nickname "Lil Weasel" deceive you. Luis is a highly respected member of the struggling Vagos gang. His cool and collected nature as well as applying logic instead of force to deal with issues mean that he and Frank get along very well. Nonetheless he struggles to keep his waning crew of wannabe gangsters, paranoid crackheads and steroid abusing car enthusiasts in shape. However with Franks help he slowly brings his gang back to power.

 

Ability: Call him and he will back you up during missions

Lung Capacity:

For Underwater Breathing, increases as fitness increases

 

Energy:

how much energy you have. Decreases as you run, cycle or canoe. regenerates over time, can be increase by food, or instantly replenished by soft drinks or coffee

 

Fitness:

How Fit you are. it increases by exercising, running, swimming, cycling or rowing, or going to the gym. it decreases by eating fast food and not exercising. the more you have the higher your sex apeeal, energy and muscle you have. and vice versa.

 

Fat:

increases and decreases the same way as fitness only the opposite way round.

 

Weapon Skill:

for each type of gun. increase if you go on the shooting range or shoot accurately. There are three levels

Level 1 - Standard

Level 2 - Auto Aim is quicker and more precise, reloading is quicker

Level 3 - Auto Aim goes for headshots, reloading is super quick, one handed weapons are dual-weldable

 

Fighting Skill:

same as weapon skill, for each fighting style.

Level 1 - standard

Level 2 - power increased, quicker moves. Basic Combo unlocked

Level 3 - super powerful, lighting quick moves, executions, and Advanced Combos unlocked

 

Sex Appeal

The more you have, the more girlfriends will like you and the less prostitutes cost.

 

Karma

increases and decreases depending on the actions you take. if you have good karma you will get a slightly less wanted level by police. and people will treat you with respect. if you have bad karma you will be feared and provoked by bystanders

 

Notoriety

increases as you missions and side missions. random events will occur more and people will notice you more as this increases.

 

Respect

for every gang, killing gang members and attack territories and your respect will plummet

Hated - gangs shoot you on sight

Disliked - will shoot you if you go into their territories and they will pack bigger numbers in gang wars

O.K - will shoot you if provoked

Liked - will help you if you are in trouble, can be recruited (only to a certain point)

Loyal - will help you no matter what

 

Side Missions

 

Vilgante:

Catch criminals doing crimes in the city.

 

Paramedic:

Help injured victims

 

Firefighters:

Fight Fires and rescue surviviors

 

Drug Wars:

do certain missions. (stealing drugs, doing deals, intercepting other deals) (only unlocked after purchasing certain assets)

 

Delivery:

deliver as many items as possible during a timed shift. (only unlocked after purchasing certain assets)

 

Special Delivery:

LIke Delivery only you transport illegal items and the police and other people will be on your tail (only unlocked after purchasing certain assets)

 

Gang Wars:

doing certain missions for a Gang (enabled after calling up the gang leader and asking for missions while wearing their uniform

 

Taxi:

take people to destinations in a certain time

 

Escort:

Like Taxi, only illegal

Mission 1:

Prologue

Boss: None

 

An Introductory scene shows an AT-400 plane flying around San Andreas to the main theme as Frank tells us about his past.Famous Landmarks in Las Venturas, Los Santos and San Fierro are shown. The next scene portrays Frank in San Fierro International Airport as he tries to find where the taxis are. As he walks into an alleyway he is mugged and beaten by his Former Friends Gerald, Terry and Jericho.

 

(Frank) "What The f*ck is going on?"

(Jericho) "Don't kid yourself boy. You know you have some money that belongs to us. That belongs to me."

"You two-faced sh*t. I earned this money fair and square"

"Fair and Square my ass! You know tha without me you would be nobody. Sucking peoples dicks in Alderney for pennies. I made you, and this money... Is mine!

"So that's how it is. I wanted to leave your gang of misfits and lead a new life in this place. So you try and take my money and kill me. You're just pissed I went legit while you have do fools errands for the f*cking Ancelottis!" *gets hits by end of shotgun*

"Shut the f*ck up! You know why I did this. You were always a little bitch. Always a f*cking pussy. Always talking about your homeland like it was f*cking Nirvana. Well I'm gonna take your money Frank, I'm getting into the drugs trade and I'm gonna own this town and I'm gonna destroy anyone who gets in my way. Starting with you."

"f*ck You!"

 

Frank stuggles to get his money off Gerald who is holding the cash. He wrestles him to the ground and takes the duffel bag. Terry tries to shoot him with his pistol, but gets disarmed and shot in the head by a vengeful Frank. Jericho shoots him in the back with a shotgun and he passes out. Jericho takes the money and he and Gerald escape before the cops arrive.

 

 

6 months later Frank is discharged from a hospital with no money or place to stay. He then recieves two calls. The first is from an unknown caller.

"Hello Frank"

"Who are you?"

"That is not of any concern. You've had quite a shady past haven't you Frank."

"Who are you? What do you wan't?"

"I wan't your full co-operation Frank. We need a few things done that the Goverment can't do themselves"

"Are you the FIB?"

"No. But we can still get you in a lot of trouble is you don't co-operate"

"Are you trying to blackmail me?"

"Think of it as an offer you can't refuse Frank."

"Bullsh*t. You're blackmailing me. What do you wan't me to do? Will I get paid?"

"Maybe. Maybe not."

"What do you wan't me to do?"

"Nothing yet. We want you to get settled in at San Fierro"

"How do you know where I am?"

"That is not of your concern. We'll call you when we need you. Goodbye."

 

"Just what I f*cking need" Frank mutters to himself. "Feds on my ass." He recieves a second call.

 

"Hey, Frankie."

"You're not the goverment are you?"

"No! What the hell are you talking about. It's your buddy Bill! Why would I ever rat you out!"

"It was a Joke. You know my humour."

"Unfortunately I do. Anyways I've found a house for you. The Mob's a little bit strapped for cash so it's quite sh*tty. But it will do for know. Who knows? I might need you for some work with the Mob. But not now"

"Where is the house?"

"It's on Molotov Avenue in the South of the city I've sent a taxi to take you there."

"Thanks a lot Bill. Really appreciate it."

"No probs. See ya!"

 

You now play as Frank. You are instructed to get a taxi that is pulling up at the hospital. He arrives at night and finds out that it is an Egyptian Resturant. Since it is closed for the evening he takes his keys from under the carpet and goes to his room. Where he sleeps.

I was redoing it for the GTA 4 Era just like Liberty city in GTA 4. doesn't matter I thought it was crap anyways. well might as well put the old map as a placeholder.

But in IV's map, the locations of the different boroughs still corresponded with their real life locations. Really, you only have to put SF north of LS. Just check SA's map, it was somewhat accurate. Anyway, everyone makes mistakes, except elitists.

If it's GTA San Andreas "Stories", then isn't it meant to be a GTA III Era Prequel rather than a completely new GTA IV era game? Otherwise, this is a brilliant concept! Just take the word "Stories" off the name then it would be perfect!
