Seafire Posted June 27, 2011 Share Posted June 27, 2011 (edited) When I play GTA IV, there are times during the story, or while I'm just driving around, the phone rings, but the only thing is that before it rings it makes an odd sound which is really annoying and/or hurts my ears. There are no mods that could have caused it, and has lasted over the few times I've reinstalled. (Mod related problems) Does anyone need my specs?
