Have a look around to understand how other gangs work. Getting all your members active over here and mingling with the other gangs is the best way to shift your base to GTAF. Work pro-actively for maximum benefit, forum activity isn't peak right now. You can do a lot if you take the initiative to start something, such as arranging online activities; another reason to get your people cracking on the forums.
