Would you say it's Packie because he has a history of being in a Mafia Family? or would you say it's Mr Faustin who ended up getting himself killed by being ignorant and crazy? Seriously, Niko Bellic is an amazing; rather than concentrating on how many kills and kickarse gear (or anything of the like that boosts the basic character's elements), I mostly try to look for some character development and what makes the character unique. Anybody can elevate a killing machine that would lick a boss' heels, or whatever, and take down an entire network. Niko is someone I can relate to, yet he has that edge that still makes you unsure of who he really is. He's cynical, but he's not a bad guy. He seems a tad too trusting for his own good; however, how many guys can actually handle tough sh*t and not lose their cool entirely? Not to mention, he makes me laugh everytime he drops the F bomb.
